I welcome you all with my love and respects. I welcome all the devotees, disciples, Samajis, Satsangis, Sri Mahants, Mahants, Kotharis, Thanedars, visitors, viewers, sitting with us all over the world in all temples, embassies, universities, aadheenams. I welcome all of you with my love and respects.Today I will expand on how Kailaasa is:Understand: Realising, internalising how Kailaasa is, will directly make you manifest Powers. The Space of Kailaasa explodes in you as Powers. Before explaining and giving you the experience of Kailaasa, I wanted to make you understand some of the fundamental truths.Understand: Just sit with a simple integrity. Understand: Your simple Integrity does not demand anything from you. All I need is just this next one hour or one and a half hours, the time you are going to spend sitting and listening to Satsang, decide: I will have the simple Integrity to Swamiji, that’s all. I don’t need your money, I don’t need your time, I don’t need anything from you after this one hour. This one hour also, I just need your time and you sitting maybe one hour or one and a half hours, I don’t know how much time it will take…Till the end of this satsang. Decide: Till the end of this Satsang, I give my Simple Integrity to Swamiji; I declare my simple integrity… means, I will listen and internalize what He is trying to convey, that’s all. Remove all the pressure of delusions and stupidity. The constant calculations you go on doing…Understand: All Maths you do just to get depressed. All your Maths: If I declare my integrity, will he tell me to give all my property, will he tell me to give up my girlfriend, will he tell me to give up what I want to do, will he tell me to give away something I like very much…?Understand: all these calculations are stupidity. I am not going to ask you anything. I also give you my integrity; very integrated commitment. This whole Satsang, I will only give you the experience of Kailaasa, I am not going to ask you anything. Just experience Kailaasa because it is too beautiful and one of the important thing is Kailaasa does not have a gate! It neither has a gate nor has a door. It is a open, free entry for all. There is no qualification, predetermined condition for Kailaasa. You see: only in Indra loka, Brahma loka, Vaikunta and all, all these qualifications like only devatas can enter…like that many qualifications. But in Kailaasa, bhootas, prethas, pishachas, all kinds of people are allowed free! Some bhootas make even Paramashiva run around. He is such a bholenatha, he opens himself for all. This Bhasmasura goes and takes the boon, on whosoever head I put my hand, they should be burnt to ashes. Can Shiva be burnt to ashes? But this fellow tries to play game with Shiva. Using the same boon he got from Shiva, Paramasiva just plays the game just to prove that his boons are real. Just for that he also runs around and tries to show the drama. Not that he has to save himself from Bhasmasura. How can fire be burnt. But he has to prove that the boon he gave is really really real. Bhasmasura should feel job satisfaction that he did tapas and he got the boon. So just for that; to keep that principle alive, he also tries to run around, and then Vishnu comes and burns the Bhasmasura…All of you know that remaining story.

Even that kind of fools get free entry! That’s all I am trying to convey. Understand: Kailaasa does not have any gate, like Bidadi only! You may think Bidadi has too many gates... But no compound wall! How many ever gates maybe… but there is no compound all! And Bidadi cannot be compounded! Let’s worship Mahaganapathi. Mahaganapathi is gracing all of us for Ganesha Brahmotsava in Bidadi. Let’s receive his blessings and then enter into the satsang. Listen intensely: One of the greatest blessing I had in my life was, I was literally really in love with Arunagiri Yogishwara my Guru when I was listening to him. When I was listening, I was really in love with him. There was no calculation, Maths. All I know is, I am blessed even to get this space with him. Over. And if my Guru has said: After the end of this satsang, your life is going to end, everything is over, even then I would have decided to be with him; I would have said that is absolutely ok for me, Take the life, let me be here with you. I was ready to pay my life to have that one sitting with him. I was very clear: My life is too small to pay for his presence. I was absolutely clear: If he demands my life, I will, without even having second thought or any Maths, I’ll just give him, because I know the logic with which he was functioning is worthy of paying millions of lives.Understand: Every penny you acquire you can enjoy till your this life. Every powerful cognition you acquire, you can enjoy as long as you exist. Accumulation of Powerful Cognitions is the most important life, purpose, that is the most important life goal. That is the greatest life wealth.Understand: Whenever we are beaten agitated, flare up, how our energy responds to our self, world, and Cosmos and God, if that is based on powerful cognitions, you are living Enlightenment. The logic with which my Guru was functioning was absolutely delicious. It was absolutely ecstatic. I was ready to pay not one, multiple lives to him to receive that. Understand: My simple declaration of my Integrity to my Guru, even though he neither demanded anything before the Satsang or after the Satsang… He just mapped Kailaasa into my inner space. Lifted me to Kailaasa, brought Kailaasa to me. I’ll literally do that to all of you now. I’ll lift you all to Kailaasa and bring Kailaasa to you. Listen. Listen intently. You can have 1000 reason why you should be integrated; you can have 1000 reason why you should not be integrated. If you decide for Integrity, you can lift yourself to Kailaasa and bring Kailaasa to you. It is all about your simple decision, that’s all. Nothing else Decision. Simple decision. When you make simple declaration of Integrity, the spiritual Umblical Chord between you and Paramashiva is immediately connected. Like a electric shock, the Kailash energy enters into you. I tell you, the Kailaasa in Ohio, in 2004, I named the Kailaasa in Ohio, as Prayag, when I went to inaugurate. That time I made a statement. Allahabad, the original Prayag, lost its name Prayag and it was called Allahabad for last maybe three or four five hundred years. I don’t know. Atleast few hundred years. When I named the Ohio as Prayag, I said: “I tell you, even the original Prayag, Allahabad, is going to get its name back.” Nobody believed because in India, the Islamic name can never be changed. It is almost impossible. Impossible. Especially Allahabad. Such important city. Never anybody expected. (Picture below is taken on 7 Oct 2007, during Inauguration of the temple in Ohio, USA by His Divine Holiness)But I saw at that moment, when I gave the name, that Umblical chord Connection between ma and Kailaasa like electric shock got established and this information was revealed to me. We have a video record. We have a video record: Me declaring in Ohio. In 2004, the Allahabad itself lost its name Prayag 450 years ago. It seems 1575 was the time it was named as Allahabad. It lost the name Prayag, 450 years ago. And no one expected ever, at that time. But now, it’s only 15 years… 2004 I think I declared, when Ohio temple was inaugurated! And now it is already Prayag!Because at that time that information was passed on to me, the spiritual umblical chord connection between me and Kailaasa was alive. Like a shock that information entered into me. And that very shock I installed as a energy, temple in Ohio, Prayag. That is why that temple is a Kshetra. Ohio is a Kshetra. Kailaasa’s direct energy. Directly Kailaasa landed on Ohio. We should install a huge Akashabhairava in Ohio. I’ll send it. Because Akahasabhairava, Kalabhairava gave darshan in Ohio in Vishwaroopa! Understand: Simple Integrity immediately connects you with Kailaasa. I neither expected nor doubted or had fear or greed, planning or frustration, nothing. Simply I was in love with my Guru Arunagiri Yogishwara. I said I am going to be integrated to him, that’s it.That simple Integrity does something to the Consciousness. The doors of Kailaasa opened. I tell you…I tell you: The Kailaasa can be mapped into all of our Consciousness. Understand: When I declared my Simple Integrity to my Guru, all the Powerful Cognitions he acquired became simply part of me. Without doing any tapas, his Powerful Cognitions became my Powerful Cognitions because I just know: What he likes I will like, what he hates I will hate, what he wants I will want, what he does not want I will not want, over! I tell you: I will never hate you. I will only hate the part of you which you need to hate to become Paramashiva. To become Paramashiva, you need to clean up some of the… some of the things you carry. You need to detox. Those toxins you need to hate and remove it from you; toxic mental setup or toxins whatever. So what you need to hate and get rid for you to become Paramashiva only that I’ll hate, nothing else. I’ll never hate you.But if you associate yourself with that component which you need to get rid of, suffering Is the only decision you are making. That, nobody can change. That is why I am saying: Simple integrity to Guru: liking what he likes, hating what he hates... Suddenly you will see millions and millions of powerful cognitions Guru has accumulated with his tapas with his struggle, hard work, everything, becomes suddenly yours. You don’t need to do any of that. You don’t need to do completion, you don’t need to do detoxification, you don’t need to do any of these kriyas, piriyas, poriyas, ariyas….jigu jigu jagu jagu all….! Nothing is required. Simply you know, whatever he has is mine because he is mine. I tell you: Whatever was given to me by my Guru Arunagiri Yogishwara, I’ll share it with you all without holding anything back. I’ll describe precisely how the Kailaasa is:Listen to this description and contemplate on it, connect with it, you will experience it. See: You see many of the photographs taken by NASA, and many telescopes, from the space station and the Science Fiction movies and all that. Whole background is dark and the suns, stars all of it look like light. Flickering light. How you get the pictures, videos of the Cosmos…it’s like a black dark background, in darkness, the stars and suns and moons are like a light point.Understand: Kailaasa is just the other way. Full of light; extreme light. All these stars everything l looks like dark spot…small small small flies…! First visualize how this Bhu mandala looks – This Bhu mandala is already portrayed and photographed, videographed by this NAASA and other space organizations and it is already available to you all. It is just the opposite! The whole thing is extreme! Extreme Light! Understand: Even if you try to visualize this, your third eye will open. It will start just…tatak, that’s all! I tell you, if you just breathe this Kailaasa light…. I’m going to open the Kailaasa light to all of you now…the whole Kailaasa space. Just breathe this space. Please sit straight and close your eyes and internally hum the Mahavakya; no need to chant but vibrate, reverberate yourself in Mahavakya: Om Nithyananda Paramashivoham and see the whole Cosmos as Extreme Light. Inhale that Light of Kailaasa and exhale that Light, be filled with that Light, disappear into that Light. Kailaasa Jyothi… Shuddha Svayamprakasha Jyothi… where the moons and planets and Solar systems look like a small dark spot. Om Nithyananda Paramashivoham….{meditation begins} Om Nithyananda Paramashivoham….Paramashiva is opening himself to all of us. Inhale Kailaasa. Exhale Kailaasa. Dissolve into Kailaasa. Disappear into the Kailaasa Jyothi. Jnaana Peruveli Shuddha Svayamaprakasha Paramashiva Paramporule… Inhale Kailaasa, Exhale Kailaasa, Reverberate with Mahavakya: Om Nithyananda Paramashivoham. Experience Kailaasa. Inhale Kailaasa. Disappear into Kailaasa. Let Paramashiva manifest Kailaasa in all of us and awaken our Third Eyes…Manifest the State, Space, Powers and Being and Superconsciousness of Paramashiva… Om Nithyananda Paramashivoham…

History of Tiruvannamalai

Tiruvannamalai — My Birthplace

Tiruvannamalai or Arunachala is a temple town in South India, established by Paramaśiva Himself is the birthplace of The Avatar, His Divine Holiness Nithyananda Paramashivam. Arunācala is the Hill-form of Paramaśiva around which the temple and settlement happened here. It is the promise of Paramaśiva that He will be available in three forms continuously for humanity in Tiruvannamalai; mountain-form called Arunachala, worshippable Shiva linga-form called Arunachaleshwara, and as a living incarnation to guide humanity. The Avatar is the current incarnation of Paramaśiva who assumed the human form in Tiruvannamalai. The historical happening of Paramaśiva’s promise is described below.

Paramaśiva appears to resolve dispute between Brahma and Viṣṇu

Tiruvannamalai or Arunācala, my birthplace, is the only land carrying an unbroken lineage of enlightened beings.

In ancient Hindu Purāṇas, there is a story of an argument between Lord Brahma the Creator and Lord Viṣṇu the Sustainer, as to which of them was greater. (Brahma and Viṣṇu are two of the three Gods who comprise the Trinity of the Hindu pantheon of divinity, Paramaśiva being the third.)

Brahma says, “I am greater, because only if I create, you even have a job to do!” Viṣṇu says, “No, I am greater because only if I protect, what you create will even be available. And I only created you!” Brahma incarnated from Viṣṇu’s navel . So Viṣṇu says, “I am your father. Think about that before you speak.” When the fight becomes too much, it is time to go to the Supreme Court — Paramaśiva!

Shiva appeared before them in his Viśvarūpa — his cosmic form — as an endless shaft of light. The two ends of the shaft that were his head and his feet could not be seen. He looked at them and said, “Whoever can find either of my ends is the greater of the two of you.” (In the photograph, the deity form of the light shaft is shown)

So Brahma took the form of a swan and flew up towards Shiva’s head, and Viṣṇu went downwards as a boar, burrowing into the earth to find Shiva’s feet. They searched for many yugas (ages).

Viṣṇu Surrenders; Brahma falls into non-acceptance

After much effort, Viṣṇu realized that he could not find what he sought and decided to surrender his ego to Shiva. He told Shiva to forgive his arrogance in trying to find the limits of the Divine form. Shiva blessed him for his honesty. Sādāśiva blessed Viṣṇu with enlightenment because his ego left him.

Brahma, however, could not accept his failure. On his way up, he saw a flower (screwpine or tazhampoo in Tamil) falling down and asked the flower where it was coming from. The flower said it had fallen from behind Shiva’s ear. Brahma asked, “How long have you been traveling?” The flower replied, “I have been falling for four ages (lifetimes) of Brahma!” Brahma was shocked and realized he had no hopes of finding Shiva’s head, but he still did not want to accept his failure.

The lie and Shiva’s lesson

Brahma decided that he would tell Shiva a lie about finding this flower on his ear. He then asked the flower to bear witness that he had brought it down from Shiva’s head. The flower, having little choice, and afraid to refuse Brahma, the Lord of all Creation, agreed. Returning to Shiva, who again assumed his normal form, Brahma announced that he had seen Shiva’s head and had brought back this flower as his witness.

Shiva instantly knew what had happened and was angry at the lie told to him. He punished Brahma, saying, “For the lie that you have uttered, you will be never again be worshipped by the people.” He punished the screwpine flower saying, “You will never ever be used as an offering to me in worship.”

Brahma asks for forgiveness, Paramaśiva heeds

Brahma and the flower ask for forgiveness. Brahma takes a bath in the Brahmatīrtha, which is there in the temple in Tiruvannamalai, and offers pūjā to Annamalayar (presiding deity form of Paramaśiva in the temple). Paramaśiva’s curse on him dissolves. That is why you will find Brahma’s shrine in all Shiva temples facing the northern direction, exactly in the spot where the Paramaśiva deity’s abhiśeka water (holy bath water) flows out. It signifies the absolving of the curse. And to date, they don’t use the tazhampoo for pūjā in any Shiva temple. In the Tiruvannamalai temple, they use it for pūjā only during Śivarātri — the day this incident happened. To this day, there are no major temples dedicated to Brahma, the Creator; and the screwpine flower is never offered to Shiva in worship.

Both Viṣṇu and Brahma requested Shiva to retain his form as that shaft of light to bless the universe. At their request, Shiva, in that form of Divine Light, became Arunācala, the glowing mountain in Tiruvannamalai!

Arunācala Purāṇa — the epic history of Arunācala — reveals that at that point in time, Lord Shiva made a promise that He will always be available in Arunācala (or Tiruvannamalai) in three forms: as the hill Arunācala, as the jyotirlingam — the Arunācaleśvara Śivaliṅga deity in the temple, and in the form of living incarnations in this holy town of Tiruvannamalai.

True to his promise, Paramaśiva retained his form as the Arunācala mountain, assumed the form of the Śivaliṅga called Arunācaleśvara, at the temple in Tiruvannamalai and is incarnating continuously keeping the unbroken lineage of enlightened beings in Tiruvannamalai till date. (The picture below shows the three-fold form of Paramaśiva in Tiruvannamalai.)

Each incarnation is unique

As per the promise given by Paramaśiva, He continues to appear here as living incarnations from time immemorial. And it is not that one person trains the other. It is not that Ramana Maharshi trained YogiRamsuratkumar or Seshadri Swamigal trained Ramana Maharśi. All of them were svayambhūs — natural incarnations. But the chain never got cut. It is like in the Zen tradition. Only in the Zen tradition, enlightenment happens without training, and no two people will be alike. If you see, in Hinduism, if you take the Ṣankarācārya lineage, all of them wear the cloth in the same way and holding the staff in the same way. In all traditions, it is like they have been taken out of the same mould. In the Zen tradition, each flower is unique, but it is a fully blossomed flower! The Tiruvannamalai tradition is like the Zen tradition. Each incarnation is unique. (In the photograph are seen the immediate predecessors of The Avatar in the lineage. Seated in the helm is Ārunagiri Yogeeśvara, who is Paramasiva Himself, the first incarnation in the lineage)

Significance of the Happening

There is a great significance in this story: You cannot attain nithyananda — eternal bliss — with either intellect or with money! Going upwards (like Brahma) is rajas (passion without value). Going downwards (like Viṣṇu) is tamas (inertia or lethargy). You cannot attain enlightenment with those two attributes. Viṣṇu represents wealth. If you run in life thinking you can attain enlightenment with money, you will end up in depression of success after a certain age. That is Viṣṇu’s ego getting destroyed in the story. Brahmas represents knowledge. These professional seekers who read any book they see and go to any guru, are like Brahma. Not only will they not get enlightened, they will collect false evidences to support that! This is the teaching from the story.

In the Arunācala Purāṇa, which is part of Skandha Purāṇa, he says, “In the mountain-form that will be visible to all your eyes, in the Arunācaleśvara linga-form which all of you can touch and offer pūjā and worship, and as a living Guru to give enlightenment to all of you, I will continue to exist.” That is why for the past 2000 years, the unbroken chain of enlightened masters continues to exist here.

The Pull of Arunācala!

Mountain that pulls incarnations from this place or any place

Annamalai!

- ANNAMALAI VENBA (Verse 1), Guru Namasivayar

It is said, by seeing Chidambaram, or by being born in Tiruvarur, or by dying in Kasi, or by merely ‘thinking’ of Arunācala, one will attain Liberation. Just ‘remembrance’ of Arunācala will liberate! Understand deeply: This mountain is not an ordinary mountain. If we keep a receiving station, it will receive any type of wave or signal right? Like that, this sacred place is the place that pulls incarnations.

Spiritual runway and incubator for incarnations

When a baby is born prematurely, they place the baby in an incubator. The incubator has the same temperature as the mother’s womb. They give the baby food in it. The incubator takes complete care of the baby. Only if that incubator is there, the baby can become healthy. Like that, for an incarnation to descend and settle in the human body, the spiritual incubator is what is Tiruvannamalai. Our ancestors have done this for incarnations to descend and settle in the body. It is like an airport.

In an airport, can the flight directly land and halt? You need a runway, right? In the same way, when the formless Existence descends into a human form, it descends like the Ganga; like a thunderbolt! It has to descend, apply the brakes and settle with the body. Tiruvannamalai is the runway for that. It is the spiritual incubator, spiritual runway, spiritual airport. It is the spiritual airport created for incarnations to descend. Not only that, it is a strong attraction…!

Spiritual lighthouse

Whenever I remember power, I remember the top of Arunācala Hill. That is the expression of the power — the Big Bang — when Mahādeva stood as a light shaft. Arunācala is the spiritual lighthouse, which attracts enlightened beings. It is here that Shiva manifested instantaneously as a Linga of fire with no beginning, no end: the Jyotirlinga Mountain — Arunācala.

Please understand: how in the ocean, if the boats are lost they see the light house and reach the shore safely where they need to reach, I could see, the souls who are lost in the cosmic darkness, the moment they see these lighthouses they land in those houses or in those areas and continue their spiritual journey. I myself used Arunācala as the light house to land, to do what I want to do.

Bhagavān Ramana Maharśi, predecessor to His Divine Holiness explains, “’Aruna’ — ‘A’, ‘RU’, ‘NA’ signifies Sat, Chit, and Ananda (Being, Consciousness and Bliss), or again the Supreme Self, the individual Self, and their union as the One Absolute, expressed in the Mahavakya ‘That art thou’.”

Bhagavān Ramana Maharśi himself has translated the Skandha Purāṇa to Tamil. The following translation is found on page 80 of his ‘Collected Works of Bhagavān Ramana Maharśi’:

Paramaśiva said: “Though in fact fiery, my lacklustre appearance as a hill on this spot is an act of grace and loving solicitude for the maintenance of the world; here I always abide as the Great One (Siddha). Remember that in the interior of my Heart is transcendental glory with all the enjoyments of the world.”

Doctorate of Humanities (Honoris Causa) / Commonwealth University / Belize

At the graduation ceremony of the Commonwealth University held in London (United Kingdom),

His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam was awarded a Doctorate

of Humanities (Honoris Causa) by the Chancellor and Academic Council of the Commonwealth

University (Belize) for his immense contribution in reviving ancient Vedic sciences across the globe.

He received a citation which lauded His accomplishments and His mission as the living

incarnation of Paramashiva - as the reviver of Veda-Agamas to give a superconscious

breakthrough to humanity, and awaken extraordinary Shaktis in human beings.

It also cited the scale and grandeur of His mission and organisation Nithyananda Peetham,

which has a worldwide presence in 196 countries and over 20 million followers, an established

University and Gurukul.

Also cited was His role as the spiritual leader - as Mahamandaleshwar of the Mahanirvani

In just 2 days after setting the Guiness World Record® for the Largest rope yoga lesson,

His Divine Holiness set yet another record, for the Most people performing Mallakhamba yoga

(commonly known as pole yoga). In an extraordinary display of powers of yogic body and

So as to preserve the sanctity and significance of Kumbh Mela, Nithyananda Hindu University was authorized by Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad as the only organization that can conduct this festival outside India. Kumbh Mela is the largest human gathering on planet earth to celebrate Hinduism, and has been celebrated and organized by Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad since time immemorial.

The letter says,

"The Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad has organised Kumbh Mela in India since time immemorial.

Letter (in Hindi script) of Sri Mahant Swami Narendragiriji, the President of Akhil Bharatiya Parishad addressing his opinion about HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam’s divine austerities spiritual penance, strength and his contribution to Sanātana Hindu Dharma (Hinduism) and to humanity.

Sri Mahant Narendra Giri Ji. Mahant Narendra Giri Ji is not only a member of the panch of Niranjani akhada but also the President of Akhila Bharatiya Akhada Parishad. Akhada Parishad is the governing body of all the 13 akhadas in the Hindu Sannyas sampradaya. It organizes the Kumbh Mela, which is the world’s largest gathering of humanity on the planet.

In his talk during the Kumbh Mela in 2015 at Nasik Mahant Shri Narendra Giri Ji said:

“One week before India news, IBN7 and other news channels came to me and asked about Swamiji. I said to them that Swamiji is the backbone of Sanatan Hindu Dharma. We went to Swamiji’s room now and they brought two children there. Their eyes were blindfolded and when I gave them my Visiting Card and mobile they were clearly able to read everything. I was initially surprised but later Swamiji explained that when Mahabharata was fought, Sanjaya was sitting at a remote location and was able to see everything happening on the war field. Same way even we can see things which are far off. Swamiji has entered the inner space of these kids through the power of his penance and awakened their third eye. Our scriptures say that Bhagwan Shankar had a third eye, all this is not fraud. When a person has the power of penance then he can do anything. So I believe that Swamiji has such a power of penance through which he can teach anyone this science. Even I will be sending 11 of my students, who will learn from Swamiji. I welcome such great Swami and congratulate him for this breakthrough. Today, after seeing the sadhna, tenacity and strength of respected Nithyananda Swamiji, I truly felt that I have arrived at the Ashram of some divine being.” “I am the head of 13 akhadas, but today I am so happy to be with such a great Saint - Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam! When the media came and asked me, I said, “Swamiji is the backbone of Hinduism!” The media people asked me, “You have made such a huge statement! How are you able to say that Swamiji is the backbone of Hinduism?” I said, He has not only done the work of Hinduism here, but He has taken the respect and honor of Hinduism all over the world. A human being cannot go forward or achieve big things in his life without tests and without hard work.
