Had a good day at my vocal night so I actually ate my dinner (and lunch)

Resist.
For everyday you have been lying to yourself about loving your fat rolls, hyperpigmentation and cellulite.
For every time you have cried looking at your reflection in the mirror.
For every time you looked at thinner girls with envy and guilt.
For everytime you sat and your thighs spread and spread so fucking wide.
For everytime you caved only to regret eating someting.
For all the work and discipline you're trying to build.
For the new life that awaits you.
For your thin, weightless body that you have been dreaming of for years and years.
For the outfits you've always wanted to pull off.
For the long, skinny legs and arms that you've been dying to have.
For the flat belly that won't protrude through your clothing anymore.
For the compliments and shocked reaction of people about your weight loss.
For the fact that your face and and hands will now be dainty, defined and delicate.
For the pleasure and relief of existing on earth as THE beauty standard for once.
It IS attainable.
It IS doable.
And all you have to do to get there is resist.
Succesfull weight loss is made of building habits and you're literally doing JUST THAT!
Keep going!!!!
Reaching your goal weight is simply the logical result to the blood, sweat and tears you've put out so far.
I believe in you.

A couple of weeks ago I found some interesting information on calculator.net. that might help you. It took me quite a bit to put together, it is a lot to read but it's worth it.

So, basically:

So, as you've seen, to practice Zig Zag Dieting you have to up and down your calorie intake.
I know it's hard for a lot of people to up their calorie intake BUT you're still consuming the same amount of calories weekly, so just keep that in mind.

Also you have to consider that in the article they're talking about a 2000 calorie diet, so you might have to round up some numbers like I did from 1035 to 1050 or 798 to 800. This is entirely up to you tho. Also, the 200 to 300 might be too high of a variation for people who are on a MUCH lower calorie diet. If that's your case you can do the planning on your own numbers with a variation from 100 to 200 cals. That would probably be better.
Again, this is entirely up to you.
So, finally. The formula (using the 6300cals a week, 900cals a day as a reference) to convert it to whatever your calorie intake is:
For the 3 days where you'd have a "higher" calorie intake:
2300 x 6300 OR your weekly calorie intake = 14,490,000/14000 = 1035 cals
For the 4 days where you'd have a lower calorie intake:
1775 x 6300 OR your weekly calorie intake = 11,182,500/14000 = 798.75 cals
Now that you have your numbers your week might end up looking something like this:

As the article mentioned before there isn't really a preferred or best way to practice Zig Zag Dieting. In their website, their plan looks different than the one I came up with. You can use it as a reference too, if you'd like. The whole point of Zig Zag Dieting is to alternate the amount of calories you consume daily in a way where your weekly calorie intake stays the same.

Now, some clarifications. I literally have no idea what I'm doing. This is what I've deduced based on the information I've read. I, my self, have been trying this on an 700cals a day, 4,900cals a week. I gave it a go because I wasn't noticing any changes in my body. I've been trying this for 3 weeks. There have been days were I have not followed the marks very precisely, mostly because I end up purging. Still, I have seen very good results. Also, I don't have a scale at home so all the results I've seen are from getting measured.
