#okay gave it some thought and went weslah and here's my reasoning:#i think there's a possible universe where xanya/xander grow as people and are able to be happy together#but the appeal of weslah to me is that if they get 'better' as people (ie more good or evil) they get further apart as healthy lovers#which is more DIVORCED to me#but if the question is which romance was more DOOMED#i would vote xanya#it's up there with bangel for me. love vs the unstoppable forces of:#being a cursed vampire with a high schooler#being two soldiers on opposite sides of a war#being xander harris#btvs#ats
