zuko as a real estate agent has not left my brain since last night
so here you go:
he’s literally. okay so when he shows houses. he’s the most straightforward person ever.
“this is the yard”
“this is a room”
“this is another room”
“yup. you guessed it. yet another room.”
and he’s so blunt about everything which is why people love going to him.
“you could use this as a study. but you’ll probably never study in here so make it a guest bedroom.”
“if you move in here your in-laws will never leave. let’s move on.”
“i brought you here to show you what your money can buy and to tell you to lower your expectations”
the real benefit of going to zuko is that in negotiations with the buyer’s agent, he’s really good at getting the best price for you. like boy is a negotiating king. (he learned it from azula who’s a cutthroat broker and she gets 25% of his commission)
and because i know who i am. sokka gets his business card from katara and aang who bought their first starter home. he just wants to find a condo or an apartment in the city. and is stupid indecisive. so they basically see everything on the market in the whole county. before zuko is like “i’ve failed just move in with me i can’t take this anymore”
and then they were roommates
