Not a big headcanon or anything for Bi-Han, and just a personal one but I’d like to think since he’s so aggressive and hateful more often than not. He often speaks with a firm edge to every word that seems kind like a light praise here and there, sometimes flat bluntness and when he’s genuinely just having a heart-to-heart or even trying to be gentle. He just speaks a little slowly as if he’s calculating every which way on how to not sound like an asshole.

Thinking of Scorpion with a Singetail, considering that to ride/train one they usually have dragon-proof metal bridles that have chains, and you'll never guess who's good at using chains (along with the fact that Singetails are capable of defending themselves even when outnumbered)

.... Thinking of Raiden with a Skrill, although a complete contrast in personality. They both hold the capacity to exhibit extreme damage when their rage or aggression if left uncontrolled or unresolved, at least Raiden's godly counterpart did. I'd like to think of the Skrill as Raiden attempting to be good at "controlling" his anger. Plus, to tame a skrill, would require earning its trust through being willing to sacrifice yourself for its life, which I think Raiden is completely willing to do honestly. ... Thinking of Mileena with a Changewing--- why? Because I keep thinking back to the theory where it mentioned Mileena and Tanya sneaking out one night and having a dragon that can perfectly camouflage itself, is a perfect creature to help you sneak out to hang with your girlfriend. ... Thinking of Kitana with a Hobblegrunt. I don't know if I have a specific or deeper reasoning other than the fact that I think the creature would pair well with Kitana's fans and they just look nice together. ... Thinking of Shang-Tsung with a Dramillion, Death-Gripper, or even a Snaptrapper. Considering that Snaptrappers lure their prey in with an intoxicatingly sweet smell, which matches his manipulative tendency to speak with honeyed and enticing words that make you want to agree with everything he says. Dramillions work as well since they can copy other dragons' breaths, which pairs with his ability to change into other characters and use their abilities as well. As for the Death-Gripper, I think I chose that one mainly because I think Shang Tsung would've shared similar paths with Grimmel in utilizing their own venom to control them. ... And thinking about Ermac having an Armorwing dragon that died around the same time he did, only to come back as a Boneknapper which might be representative of his own revival. (I also am a firm believer that Armorwings are somehow the same as Boneknappers)

Because I vaguely remember in an intro dialogue with Li Mei, he mentioned having operatives in Sun Do, and in a different dialogue with Scorpion and Li Mei. Kuai Liang mentions that his brother's trail has lead him to Sun Do, which is a village in Outworld.

Do the Lin Kuei have their own respective access to Outworld or is there someone like aiding them???

Too often, I see artists, fanfic and headcanon writers put profanities (and the most obscene ones, at that) in Bi-Han's mouth. This contradicts his character in the game, where he uses a sustained language and speaks slowly and clearly, meticulously choosing his words to set an example as a clan leader invested with a divine mission and, what is more, as being the product of an aristocratic upbringing that doesn't allow for slackness nor complacency. The example that strikes me most is when Ermac binds his hands and feet, and he asks, surprised: "What is this?" Notice he doesn't say "What's this?", "What the hell is this?" or even "What the f*ck is this?" He also pronounces each word carefully, not allowing himself to be destabilized by what's happening to him.

This said, many people who are in position of power are careful with how they behave in public, but are just like everyone else in private. Bi-Han could be one of them to a certain extent. He would probably swear, but rarely, and only when he'd be alone, never in front of others, not even of his family, or only in their spare time, when they'd be off duty—and even then, it would remain very moderate, because we have to imagine that there's a lot of modesty and restraint involved between these people due to how they were raised. And because Bi-Han is well-read and well-spoken, he doesn't need to resort to insults to be verbally abusive to someone. Too often indeed, people confuse being aggressive with being vulgar.

Genuinely I think one of the best things you can do to build characters in your story is give them a kink. You do not have to put that kink in the story. You do not have to tell anyone but yourself. But thinking about their wants and needs and what would bring them comfort or desire, about whether they crave power or crave a situation where they're blessedly free from any power, about which taboo they might kind of want to cross, is really useful for getting inside their head. Also "what situation would make my character stupid horny enough to make a terrible mistake?" is a good plotting device. "It's a plot hole that they made that dumb decision" no they were just whistling like a lustful kettle and forgot to turn their brain on.
