Today’s #walk was meant to be around Worcester College but it’s a degree day so back to the parks for me. #oxfordadventures2018 (at Oxford, Oxfordshire)

Today’s #walk took me through Mary Arden’s farm. The guide was a probable misogynist who made too many comments about Mary’s poor father having so many daughters (9 lived). Until 2000 they’d marked the wrong house as Mary’s, but the trust had fortuitously also, accidentally, bought the real one. The food was delicious though so a win. It’s much more about the history of farming than the history of Shakespeare. Today’s #oxfordadventures2018 #church service was at Christ Church Cathedral. Lovely little cathedral that uniquely serves as both cathedral and school chapel. Attended the choral Eucharist with the College Choir. #lovely
