I had a change in my work environment that very positively affected my mindset and I’m really hoping I’ll get myself to write sometime soon :)

I keep lying to myself and telling myself i’ll be fine to write on the weekend but the truth is i’m completely burned out, stressed and in a depressive episode. I want to write so badly, for myself and for you. I can’t like this. My mind is full of everything else and inspiration is hard to come by. Recently I had a sudden urge of inspo and wrote a whole rough draft of a very interesting new concept i’d want to try but now its sitting in my documents and I haven’t edited it in weeks. I’m so sad about this

i regards to ur post about retainer in the US. the way it’s done in germany sounds so much more efficient but the goal in the states is that you DO forget so they can make money off of the fact that you’ll have to get another one. everything in regards to dental here is a scam. if it wasn’t they wouldn’t keep it separate from other health care 💀<\3

Weirdest thing I found out about america is that you guys get a “retainer” (aka loose braces u have to manually put in and take out and if you forget about it your teeth shift back to their original position, meaning you wasted all that time and money on your braces). In Germany a retainer is a little metal piece thats glued behind the first few teeth on your bottom and top row and it stays there, hopefully forever. If the glue gets damaged you can go to the orthodontist and get it re-applied.
