I'm really into the Miami Vice (synthwave?) neon kinda aesthetic at the moment, and I've also taken inspiration from the pastel-coloured art deco architecture found in South Beach Miami. Hence, this is a 1980's take on a 1950's diner, with a nod to the 1920s. Phew!

Look out for more of these Miami themed community lots on my gallery profile - I'm rebuilding the commercial zone of Oasis Springs into an art deco neon/pastel nightmare dream :)

Try your hand at woodworking, fabricating, candle-making, or juice fizzing in the maker space. Join the robotics club (or at least check out their award-winning bionic arm). Don’t forget to stop off for a hot drink and a slice of pizza from one of the food trucks outside, or grab a smoothie at the juice bar!

It’s been years since I last went on holiday (thanks, Covid). I wanted to build this so I could live vicariously through my sims! My plan is to create more of these kind of multi-functional community lots based on parts of the world I’d like to travel to. :)

11 recolours of the base game item Metal Framed Single Bed Now includes matching bunk bed!

Ideal for haunted Victorian children, prisoners, and more!

I love this bed so much but the swatches were NOT working in my cottages and historical houses. Took me ages to get these working again after EA released the bed as part of the base game, but I finally did it and this CC will now work as expected and is base game compatible.

You'll need to place the lower bunk under the top bunk with bb.moveobjects on (I think this is an issue with all CC beds at the minute), but sims can sleep in both beds without issue.

You get 11 swatches (shown in pictures), both the same across the top & bottom bunk. All the swatches are in the same order in the catalogue for your browsing pleasure, and colours are tagged correctly. You get 7 patchwork swatches ("borrowed" from a Cats & Dogs bed), 1 plain brown quilt swatch and 3 striped swatches.

You can download both files, or just the top bunk or single bed by themselves.

I didn't like the fact that there's only pastel colour swatches for this towel rack in the base game, so I made some neutral ones. Someone has probably done this already but it was quicker to recolour it myself than search the internet for it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Maybe you'll find it useful!

You only need the base game for this to work. It will show in the catalogue as an additional item to the original BG item, so you don't lose any swatches.

You get all 5 swatches, as seen in the picture: Black, white, light wood, med/orange wood, and dark wood.

This is the first time I've used GDrive to share CC, so let me know if you have any problems downloading.

The scene is bathed in an ethereal pink glow, a perpetual sunset. This place feels otherworldly... magical, even. The meadow grass brushes your ankles as you pursue forward, and the sight takes your breath away; 10 feet from the ground and perched among the clouds sits a tiny... cottage? Castle? You ascend the ladders to find a cosy and cluttered dwelling. How quaint! The fire is lit, and there are more books than you could read in a year. The last inhabitant must've left recently. They won't mind if you stay here for a short while, will they?"

I love the vibes of Sylvan Glade, but it's kinda boring and there's nowhere for your sims to take care of themselves whilst searching for rare collectables... so I thought it'd be the perfect place for this tiny castle!

You're able to place this lot in Sylvan Glade by going to the Glade, opening the cheat console (CTRL + Shift + C) and entering 'bb.enablefreebuild'. Then enter Build Mode, head to the gallery, and place the lot as usual.

Packs Required: If you don't have all of these packs, I wouldn't recommend downloading (there will be a lot of stuff missing)
