To the Ninangs and Ninongs of Strike
Don’t feel obliged to give him anything for Christmas. We chose you as his Godparent because you are dear to us, and we want you to be a part of his life in as much as you are part of ours. He doesn’t need much. If you don't have money to spare, don't worry about him. We sure rejoice in receiving gifts, but you can greet us "Merry Christmas" guiltlessly even if you have none to give.
Life is tough recently. Buy your family groceries and spend for your Christmas with them. We are okay. And we love you still, with or without any gift. And we will teach our kids that Ninongs and Ninangs aren't about material things. 💯
