Since nobody requested it, here’s a list of some curses in Spanish for your creative needs, maybe:
“A tomar por culo” from Spain, means fuck it.
“La concha de su madre” from South America, there are some variations that will include la re concha, but it means their mom’s vagina. I can’t really explain any further.
“Entrá en tu culo” from South America, means go inside your ass.
“Me cago en la puta madre” I believe this one is just Hispanic means I shit in the fucking mother.
“Andá a cagar” from South America, means go shit.
“Chupame…” from South America, might include genitalia, means suck it.
I mean this in a very nice way, when you write a hispanic character, make sure you identify the country that they’re from and use vocabulary from that specific country.
Realistically, someone from Argentina wouldn’t really say cojones or chingada madre, someone from Colombia would say care chimba, gonorrea. I understand it’s a lot easier to use the same curse words you normally hear, but they change greatly from country to country. These are little things that can make your characters more authentic, in my opinion, anyways.
