I genuinely hate teenage love and the grotesque glorification of my uncontrollable hormones. Im in love with my best friend. My feelings are real and true, but do yknow what really hurts?? I can't do anything about this. I really can't. My living situation is complex and makes hanging out even harder. Their life isn't easy at all. Every day is hard enough on its own, but emotions make everything messier, and some fucking how I'm simultaneously too old and too young to be acting this way. So irrationally and "passionately," and I have to find a way to make it not life consuming or else that'll be the end of our friendship.

But it was :'/

Teenage love is real and true, but that doesn't make it the most spectacular glorious feeling you'll ever encounter and I hate more than anything how EVERY HUMAN ON THIS PLANET makes it seem that way -_-;; maybe I've been rejected too many times and I'm just a butthurt cuck but this is a horrible transitional period for me. and a lot of people in my shoes. So the whole "oh ur still a kid!!! There's plenty more fish in the sea!" narrative is just...
