Recent thoughts~~

-Cody and Tana actually have chemistry! More on Cody's side 😂 He always seems tuned in and blissed out around her

-I do think something happened between Tana and Ryan, but that it is probably down to a different interpretation of events. On the one hand, Ryan seems like a reliable source. The whole entire topic was brought up by him, too. Given that he actually said something to Jeff and Steven, whatever happened must have registered as relevant to him. To Tana it was probably a minor thing, blown out of proportion, lost in translation, etc.

Hot take but I do get the vibe that Tana isn't saying everything. Even the text she sent to him was skirting around the subject. More like, "what are you doing?" vs "why did you say that about me?" Even on Jeff FM they awkwardly said "we're dating" to avoid getting real. Something wasn't real enough for me, idk. 🤷‍♀️

-Jeff vs Brooke: I thought he seemed really sweet and mostly shy with her for the first half of the podcast. If there's any weirdness it might have been anxiety. He did pay more attention to Tana later on but I'm chalking it up to the comfort level they have atm. I doubt he has any problem with Brooke. He doesnt always cater to people emotionally despite all the compassion he has, so I see where she's coming from. I'm curious about future episodes and how they'll connect.

-Jeff's date!! He called her "the one" on the pod (intense!), but then was more low key on the livestream. Idk how far apart the Cancelled ep recording is from the live, but let's see if he asks her on any more

-Jay Alvarrez episode... 😂💀when every woman is the problem, introspection is the solution lmao

Remember that pod episode when Jeff said to Tana, "I love you so much," before going over to hug her at the end? It's crazy how different things are between them. 🤯 Tana's vlogs also show quite a different side to Jeff. There will most likely be more conflict down the line, but I wish the vibes were sweeter, if at least only for entertainment purposes 😭

I was also thinking about the lastest sitch that obviously was hurtful to Tana - I think there was a joke in there about the vaping aspect, perhaps he orchestrated it all from the outset like he said, but it came across like he was mainly turned off by or swayed by reddit comments about her to the point where he let his feelings out. His heart isn't fully there. He wouldn't make a joke like that if he were totally happy with someone...?

In spite of everything, is anyone else looking forward to the podcast? I'll be honest...I kinda sorta... am?! 💀💀💀 straight to jail LOL I know lol. I just mean...it's insane how Jeff went from always ONLY having men on every single episode, sometimes 6 of them all there... to basically selecting for a woman to host with regularly. I want to see this dynamic when they're on equal footing and if she gets anything interesting out of him that some other fighter guy probably never could lol. I want the softer vibe 😩

Part 2/2

I wonder if Jeff's previous youtube title choice meant anything in any significant way lol. Just a personal thought but as soon as I saw it I was like, "wait you have to be comfortable with that sentiment to claim it, right?" I know the algorithm is king lmao but would he have done that while pursuing the other G? It's not something to read into that much but it feels like something a more unattached Jeff would say. 🤔

If he's not unattached and he's still interested, maybe there have been some unavoidable barriers between them. It's interesting how G was traveling first, then he was, then he got sick... 😮 if anything else happens between them it would have to happen right around now, I guess, once he's caught up on work.

I can't remember when G deleted her tweet, but my guess is that she either wanted some privacy or is feeling some mortification after saying too much on their dates, especially since things may have gone silent on his end.

It's worth mentioning that she's very candid. This week she said she overshared on the V-day date, last week she said something vague about saying or doing too much and wanting to run away from LA and hide, so I'm assuming it's mostly related to the date. Idk if it's trauma dumping or maybe anxiety or if she's been through it recently, but it's interesting that she regrets it bc it means she's aware of it.

In one of the first vids of hers I clicked on, she opened up a lot about her family situation. It was interesting. She said that her mom has been an addict (alcohol +) for many years, since her childhood. She implied that they are on bad terms and said that she doesn't even speak to her anymore. She also opened up about historically having many friendship problems that repeat in various ways. She also said that her number one problem with herself is that she "hates herself." That's so tough, I feel for her but I also am curious about how she's approaching things now. I feel hopeful for her bc in her recent vids it sounds like she is all about making an effort to transcend her limitations rather than live out her programming, so I hope it all comes through for her 💗

But again, and this is just my opinion, Jeff, in contrast, who has rebelled, gone to jail, etc., still seems to have had a stable, well-meaning set of parents, a seemingly normal dynamic with them, and overall a relatively good upbringing with healthy bonding. I think he is able to form healthy romantic relationships and maintain them for a long time. This is the main reason why I can't realistically see Jeff going all in permanently unless she has experienced healing. I'm not here to judge and she seems very self aware and conscious of her patterns, so I think she'll find her way, but what she said did draw my attention.

Jeff has such a compassionate side, and I think he is calming and wanted to listen to her on the date when she opened up, and does like her, but I think he can sense if a new person can bond similarly in whatever budding dynamic he has with someone. Again, just my two cents.

I'll share this quickly, but I met with an amazing therapist and author a few years ago who shared that we form our subconscious concept of companionship through our relationships with our same gender parent (weird but interesting, there is more of a sibling vibe), and that we replicate it in our partnerships because companionship is at the foundation of romantic love. It's a major predictor of marital difficulty/success.

As far as personality/chemistry....I do think there is a lot of chemistry between them. She's a more confident version of Cierra to me. But I kinda do also feel a power clash. Do you feel that? Remember that psychic friend of his who said "don't marry your mother" LOL. It's just coming to mind.

This is kinda old news now BUT I'm happy to hear that the date went well and that Jeff makes her feel comfortable. My consistent impression is that he is not weird and doesn't make things unpleasant one-on-one, I remember the Godfather members saying he was always so friendly and easy to talk to. Still, it's sort of bizarre and ironic that SHE may have been the one to risk things and scare him off by being so candid, but I hope she feels better about it. I wonder what Jeff was really thinking.

So bottom line I think she likes him but is worrying about having fumbled things. And I think Jeff will decide eventually that she is not for him, unless she changes her mind first. She *has* followed him for a while, met three times, said she gets attached quickly...and doesn't seem to be deterred so far, so if they did start dating it wouldn't be surprising. She wants Jeff (unlike the prior sitch). But realistically, while I could see them possibly dating for a little bit... I can practically hear Jeff saying "it just didn't work out." I do kinda want to see him in a relationship tho. But I might take that back. 🤣🤣

I wrote a lot more than I expected!! I do think she's sweet and seems kindhearted so I hope she's doing well and the everything winds up working out for the best Xx

G Part 1/2 (I'm basing this off of her latest vids and tweet)

I've always felt that the initial girl Jeff didn't want to follow up with is probably someone else. The timing of her V-day tweet puts things BEFORE his live. THEN he told us live he isn't interested in following up with someone. WONDER WHY /s lolol. My guess is that Jeff only selectively shared information. The way he said it was subtly cheeky. He can be secretive sometimes. Overall, I can't see him saying he doesn't care to follow up only to then reach right back out (into the past lol) to someone he doesn't want.

I think that's partly why things impulsively happened with Genelle, he changed lanes to see someone he's more into. I remember he liked her tik tok vid(s) last year and it showed up on a screen recording on a pod episode - he said something like, "that's my type," so she was absolutely on his radar for awhile (idk about her end).

I get the impression that Jeff hasn't spoken with her recently or that at the least they haven't hung out lately. When she said she spoke to her friend (in her recent vid) about how sometimes you just don't hear back from people in the dating world, it was meant to be a general comment but it did stick out. She reinforced it again at the end by lamenting that you have to just continue dating with open options until the guy wants to be exclusive. Why would she talk to a friend about this exact thing if it weren't happening? We know she is already interested in him and met with him a few times already. She hasn't mentioned anything happening since V-day week/range, so I think she is waiting on him.

Unless Jeff changed his mind about her this early, the stagnation might be bc they were both traveling one after the next, or bc Jeff had a rough week that affected him to the point where he pulled into a shell. I do think it was an extraneous thing that happened, rather than an "early days" date outcome. He seemed SO bothered by it.

Her timeline is inconsistent. She said that they met a year ago or more, and that this V-day date popped up out of the blue. Now she's said that they met "a little bit" before the V-day date, so I'm confused about why she witheld the information. It feels a little odd to me. Whatever the reason, my guess is that it may be deliberate bc it would've made much more sense to say something in a way that better explains why she's willing to skirt her dating rules.

In the end, despite how relatively nice/reasonable she seems, I think Jeff may ultimately reject her. I think they have a lot of chemistry but also will clash quite a bit. I'll put that part up later!

OMG hi!! I am so sorry that I didn't hop on here sooner to offer an explanation about what was going on with me for so long 😭 I missed you! I hope you are all doing well 💗 I didn't open up too much about my life on here but I'll share a bit more now -- basically I'm a 3rd year medical student so my days have been insane (I know there's one other med student on Jeff's Patreon but idk if she's on tumblr). I was the anon who posted about the brain zaps on jeffchats lol (PS - I wonder how Jeff is getting his Ambiennnnnn?!?!) 🫠

But yeah it's been so busy. I began formally studying for my board exam by around June. Our class was offered a prep program option for some months time as another educational support option, so I went for it, but things ultimately took a loooooot longer than anticipated, several months longer. Students are given upwards of 8 months without the school/interviewers raising a red flag, so you have to walk a line if you take more time. Taking a step back from tumblr was the right thing for me to do. 3rd year rotations are insane and time-consuming, especially surgery, so idk if I'll go back to taking asks, but I'm still 1000% keeping up with Patreon and hopefully will post here a bit and interact!

The other thing I want to say is that my ears perked up a bit after the V-day tweet sitch with Genelle lol so I have a few thoughts and opinions about it. Idk who is still active? Also I can't say I feel nearly as invested but my guess is that that's all of us? 🤣💀💀

I'll make a post later about my interpretation of the situation bc there's a lot of gray area. I've been watching her vids and have seen her Twitter and generally have kept up during free pockets of time. I'll post in a bit and if it's long I'll share the second half later tonight or tomorrow when I'm free!
