it's from a very old online nickname that was a sonic the hedgehog comic book villain, except I took the "jak" and added face to the end because I am a cringe millennial and said "your face" to everything in 2009. That's literally it lol

you know what's weird? I did both of these within days of each other. They look like they were drawn by 2 different artists. I did the bottom one first, and after I finished it I was like "you know, this isn't what I wanted the art to look like". So I did it over. The bottom one I feel like I was trying to emulate that cute chibi charm style that I always see, but realize that's not really my thing at all. I still love charms and the idea of them, but my style doesn't suit the majority of what people are looking for. But when I made my Monkey Island/King's Quest charm, having the connection of someone recognizing it and getting excited while also liking the style of it is huge to me, so sometimes I have to remind myself to stay true to myself and draw from the heart.

Welcome to 2024 where I'm not gonna be afraid to redraw stuff I think isn't me and be sappy about it!

TL:DR, the top one is going to be a double sided charm in my shop. The bottom one was a failure in my eyes. Even if some people like it more, it's not really me. But you guys get double Alan Wake/Mr. Scratch charm art so HOORAY TWO CAKES!
