Sul sul! I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far! (It’s been raining here in Mass on and off all day.) Which is fine because I love the rain…

So without further ado, Here is my 100 followers gift pack! (even though I’m 5 followers short) ANWAY, I actually spent a lot of time working on this and I just hope you pretty little potheads enjoy it as much as I do!

With the release of Island Living, we (finally) got loungers with made me so happy. This also gave me the opportunity to make a chaise sofa, my prefer seating style IRL. Tiramisu - luxury king size modular sofa set in 10 colors.

I wanted to make a modular sofa set like that for months, but can’t find right inspiration, so when I saw Clouds sofa from RH, I realized that’s it! I made it similar to the original, but also stackable and functional for Sims 4. There are dozens combinations.

This set contains:

Bipolar Trait

As requested, I have made my own version of the Bipolar trait & it really hit home for me… Not only does my mother suffer from Bipolar Disorder severely but I do as well. It’s never been something I was ashamed to talk about and I never felt like anyone else should either. People who suffer from this disorder did not have a choice to be this way. That’s what many people don’t understand.

Mental Health is a serious issue and not enough people talk about it in a serious manner. Especially not in the sense of people like us not being crazy. That’s ignorant. Believe me, there is NOTHING wrong with you (or me). We’re just different and have more to understand. Sometimes we go through things and can’t figure out to express it, that’s life. It just happens to us mentally, more than others.

Urban Social Interaction Mod: BETA VERSION

After learning how to make social interactions… I decided to make something different. A mod made especially to urbanize the social interactions within game and make YOU feel more realistic with your gameplay.

The idea came to me a while ago but now that I have the full hang of creating social overrides now, there is a ton more to come!

What Does This Mod Do?

‣ Provides an enhanced urbanized feel to social interactions for each category.

‣ Includes buffs for both the active sim and target sim for interactions.

‣ Adds characteristics to each sim whether active or target.

‣ Non-Binary : No use of he or she throughout this mod.

‣ NEW urban sim terminology (simlish-slang).

‣ Includes positive & negative (potentially controversial) outlooks.

‣ Enhances gameplay to allow a realistic outlook on conversations.

‣ Currently this mod does not conflict with any other interaction mod.

‣ Download Urban Social Mod zip file.

‣ Unzip this Urban Social zip file.

‣ Place the files into a folder titled Urban Social Mod in your MODS folder.

‣ Delete your localthumbcache.package within your Sims 4 folder.

‣ Start your game and ensure that script mods are enabled.

Possessive (Daddy) Trait - Patreon Exclusive

We already have a ton of toxic sims running around our game, at least I do. LOL - With this trait, your sim will be a bit less toxic and more so Possessive and territorial. Jealously is definitely inevitable because with this sim, they’ll always question their partners actions. Fighting for what’s theirs isn’t an issue either. Better to let it be known than let it simmer in their mind. Within this trait, I introduced some of my own sim ‘urban’ lingo per usual for a good laugh.

Although I hope this isn’t a question but as a disclaimer: I do not support domestic violence / forms of abuse in any way shape or form.

I haven’t gotten the chance to play out the trait thoroughly due to the update but there’s a ton for you guys to find!
