I did the thing. Check out the Batsy Collar on Flickr! I made a collar that I had seen sort of similar ones on Pinterest. However, I never found one in-world so I decided to make it myself! I'm super excited and made it sort of pastel goth..ish? Either way, it was really a blast to make!

So excited! I finished up this collar. I’d like to work to make a Hud now by this weekend. I’m not sure if I should be getting the Bosh system or the PXL system. I’m going to try to find youtube reviews etc. If anyone has a review/suggestion please let me know!

I think its better. I have no clue honestly. after looking at it and then trying to compare it to other metals to be like this is a good gold standard to try to achieve. who knows. I feel like sheldon cooper when he threw his papers everywhere. I’m just accepting it.

Okay so I think I fucked up the first time I imported my mesh? This metal looks way better. I feel like I’m unsure of how to upload it, because it just seemed like it wasn’t taking the texture properly earlier on. This new upload seems to take it and makes it actually look semi correct. It still doesn’t look like substance painter, but hey I’m not going to complain. I just wonder what I did wrong on the very first mesh to make it upload so flat and dull. Even when i put normals and speculars on it. It just didn’t look like this and it was with the same texture.
I ended up exporting the mesh from substance back into blender to turn it into a dae file. So maybe it’s just the way i saved it or the lighting from blender. I’m going to have to look into that a bit more because it was so frustrating.

So I released them after I had my friends try to basically break anything or rip them apart incase something was wrong with how i packaged them or the mesh themselves. You can try the demo in store before purchasing!

I like the collar so far. It’s a bit delicate? But I don’t mind it. I do want to make the straps a little thicker maybe? My next trick is to watch blender guru’s advice on making stitches since I was waiting for a few things to drop in price, but who knows with black friday.

Working on an Ad. I ended up fixing the metals a bit more and the spots on the mushrooms to be a little brighter. I ended up making 4 packs. one for each metal and then 1 pack with all 3 huds for the fatpack since I just honestly don’t know how to make mesh that you can change the metal from the earrings individually but that’s for another day. I’m hoping I can get my bestie to come online to try everything out and test things for me and try to break them before i release them to the public.

Just going to work on the hud next, but these are the final earrings. I’ve made it so the mushroom cap changes and I have black metal, gold metal, and silver metal. However, that’s an adventure for later this week and I’d like to release them next weekend.

I’ve done it. I’ve made my first set of earrings. I will texture this week and maybe figure out how to make a hud retexture? I’d like to just have them by metals and then the caps of the mushroom can change, but who knows. I’ll find a tutorial later. I’m honestly so tired from making them lol

I have my first group gift up! It’s a small tattoo from the mists of Avalon. The movie from the 80′s. The priestess’ who were initiated were given this tattoo and it’s just so pretty I had to replicate it. It’s white/tintable.

Alright so I gotta know. Do you feel like there’s an optimal time to post when you’re releasing products? Unfortunately with my schedule it feels like I’m always posting very late EST. I've been learning!
So I have been literally reading up on how to use this site and terms and all that stuff because I didn't want to flop around like a dead fish.
I think I have a good grasp? but don't get your hopes up...
So here is a proper(?) full post and I will just shamelessly remind you what I currently have released right now...
These coffin frames are still available for FREE at the Crypt Crawl hunt for another 2 days! They will then be yeeted into the main store stock.
VHS nostalgia is at Tokyo Zero with 6 themed packs of light-up VHS lights or a ridiculous pack of all 30.
And at The Grid a quintessential minimal segment ring set of earrings and septum rings. These are rigged for Swallow Gauged S & Swallow Dropped Ears, as well as a static set for other heads and uses. The septums come in thick and thin styles.
Bear with me as I learn all this new stuff and drown in the process.
