Photoshop and Photo Editing
Whatever you use, whether it be professional Photoshop or a free online editing program, when is enough... enough?
I am guilty myself of overprocessing certain images, and realize, that I am wasting my time the longer I spend editing one image to try to "create" the moment. I want to capture the moment, not create it, even if that means only having 1 or 2 shots that are usable after a shoot.
I have come to this realization. I should not spend more than 3-5 minutes editing, or it should be considered a non-usable shot. Enhancements are great, but thats about the extent of it.

Artistic Frustrations
Today I am angry at myself. Angry that I took time to debate whether or not I should pull out the camera and take a picture. Angry that I delayed so long that I lost what I saw (after staring at this damn bird for 15 minutes!) was a perfect photo op.
I have been having weird dreams lately, weird in the sense that they are all about my camera and photography. I think my creative mind is telling me something... To take more confidence in myself, and to take more risks.
No longer will I delay on the instinct. Who knows what shot is going to be THE shot!
