Hey guys! I know I’ve been gone for over a month now but I’ve been so busy getting things ready for school and vacations that were well needed. Saturday night I went to a family dinner and snuck away to snap a few pictures for you all. Before I start, yes the background is very My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy--all my Kanye fans know what I’m talking about. So you all just recently saw this top as I wore it to my graduation and I love it so much I paired it with this new skort. Let me tell you all, this skort is so soft and comfortable, I want to buy 100 more. Also, I’ve been into more minimalistic accessories so that explains the simple watch and necklace combo I wore. I’ll be posting again soon because my short film is premiering tomorrow, JULY 21st!!

This past Tuesday I finally graduated! It still hasn't settled in yet, but I know now that it’s so real. I graduated at Navy Pier and went to Ruth’s Chris for dinner almost immediately after. Before I went in to eat I snapped a few pictures to capture what I had on under my cap and gown. And yes, Kanye’s Graduation album was in heavy rotation, BUT Touch The Sky from Late Registration has really resonated with me lately, so there’s that.

Yesterday was officially my last day of high school. It was also All White Day which is a tradition at my school and a day I’ve been looking forward to. I searched far and wide before I settled on this number. I don't really like to wear all white because it’s so easy to get dirty, but I survived. Also, these heels are so nice, I’m kind of upset I didn't get a close shot of them. On the bright side, I graduate next Tuesday!

SO, yesterday was prom! One of the very few days in our lifetime we get to dress up and exaggerate every last detail. With months in preparation, my prom day went by very smoothly. The only issue I faced was rain which, fortunately enough, ended before prom started. I loved everything about my prom day and even prom itself. Up next, graduation!

Hello everyone, so for the past couple months I’ve been working on a short film and today I wanted to reveal the artwork and soundtrack. The movie is called Against Her Will and it focuses on human trafficking and warns of the abuse of social media. Simply put, check it out below. I’ll be premiering it next week so stay tuned.

After my birthday I just bought a lot of clothes that I didn’t need. It wasn’t a loss though because I literally bought everything I needed for the rest of my senior year activities, which you all WILL be seeing. While senior year is very stressful I have been feeling kind of sluggish and what better way to change that than dressing up? I’ve been wearing nothing but hoodies recently and opted for something more lively. When you look good, you feel good and this outfit did just that.

Today’s my birthday! I am FINALLY 18! Last year I dressed up for my birthday and this time I just wanted to be pretty casual. Honestly everything has been pretty casual considering what I have going on. I’m sure we all understand and know how stressful senior year actually is. Choosing a school, filming a movie, prom, and graduation..it’s all so much--but back to the fashion. For some reason I’ve been drawn to khaki, so when I saw these khaki pants I HAD to get them. Compared to the rest of the outfit, they’re the staple. Also, for make up I never do too much as I feel it’s quite the annoyance. Still trying to master the art of simplicity.

This Tuesday I went out for my friend's birthday. As it was a casual event, I had more phone with this outfit. Really a contrast from my last post which was more formal. Instead of all black, I decided to add a dash of white. I've had these Sk8 Hi's for months now and I actually want to buy more pairs. If you don't have a pair already, you may want to invest in some.

Last night I went out for my friend's birthday. It's always fun dressing up and I always seize the opportunity to. For some reason, you can always find me wearing neutral colors and last night was no different. I was literally stalking this skirt for at least 2 months before I finally got it. The all black look and the fact that is was the anniversary of BEYONCÉ: The Visual Album inspired me to name this look Haunted.

Waiting Game

Hello again! As of lately I've been wearing nothing but cardigans and sweaters, but I'm still hoping winter won't reach Chicago this year. Since it's seeming unlikely I've also been shopping for warmer clothes. Here is a look with a cardigan that I recently bought. I love the style and print and it's rather thick so that's great for the below 30° weather. Here I paired it with velvet leggings and ankle boots for a comfortable fall/winter outfit.

Hey guys!! So today was senior picture day at school and, if it isn't obvious, this is what I wore. Keeping it very simple I just wore a blazer, blouse, peg pants and heels. The blazer actually comes off a lot bluer than its color in real life, which is kind of purplish. The blouse actually has nice cutouts on the sleeves and would go great covered or uncovered. These peg pants are probably my favorite purchase because they're literally so handy and can go unnoticeably reworn. These heels are my latest pick up and are probably my fave from all my heels. With delicate makeup, my senior pictures are sure to come out nice. I'll share them with you all the minute I get them.
