"But I give the illustration of the sound of a gong: 'tom', t-o-m. It is the merging of the Lila in the Nitya: the gross, the subtle, and the causal merge in the Great Cause; waking, dream, and deep sleep merge in Turiya. The striking of the gong is like the falling of a heavy weight into a big ocean. Waves begin to rise: the Relative rises from the Absolute; the causal, subtle, and gross bodies appear out of the Great Cause; from Turiya emerge the states of deep sleep, dream, and waking. These waves arising from the Great Ocean merge again in the Great Ocean. From the Absolute to the Relative, and from the Relative to the Absolute. Therefore I give the illustration of the gong's sound, 'tom'. I have clearly perceived all these things. It has been revealed to me that there exists an Ocean of Consciousness without limit. From It come all things of the relative plane, and in It they merge again. Millions of Brahmandas rise in that Chidakasa and merge in It again. All this has been revealed to me; I don't know, much about what your books say."
~Śrī Rāmakrṣna Paramhamsa, "Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna", chapter 33 'With Various Devotees'.

"The yogin cannot be a bhogin, and a bhogin cannot be a knower of Yoga. However, O Beloved, [the path of] Kaula, which is superior to everything, is of the essence of bhoga and yoga.
"O Mistress of the kulal In the kula teaching bhoga is directly conducive to yoga, sin is conducive to good karma, and the world is conducive to liberation."
~Kula-Arnava-Tantra (2.23 - 24)
"Those who let the body decay, destroy the spirit; and they won't attain the powerful knowledge of truth. Having learned the skill of fostering the body, I fostered the body, and I nurtured the soul.
"Formerly I thought that the body was foul. I saw that there was Ultimate Reality within the body. The Perfect One has entered the temple of the body. I protected and preserved my body."
~Tantrika Tirumular

Whoever, desiring to pray to Thee in terms like 'Oh Bhavani, bestow Thy gracious glance on me, Thy servant, even before he utters 'Bhavani tvam' (May I) become Thou', Thou art wont to bestow on him the status of oneness with Thy feet, at which Divinities like Vişņu, Brahmā and Indra are performing the lustration ceremony with the brilliance of their diadems (as they bow down their heads in prostration).

~Soundarya-Laharī, verse 22, by Adi Sankaracharya, translated by Swami Tapasyananda.

"An underlying assumption in Tantric ideology is that reality is the result and expression of the symbiotic interaction of male and female, Śiva and śakti, the quiescent and the dynamic, and other polar opposites that in interaction produce a creative tension. Consequently, goddesses in Tantrism play an important role and are affirmed to be as central to determining the nature of reality as male deities are."
~From "Hindu Goddesses", by David R. Kinsley, chapter 8: "Kālī", pg. 122.

It's in vounerablity that knowledge and truth are found. It's in wide, all-embracing acceptance that peace is found. It is in the now that wisdom is uncovered. So, take the now as all, and all will come to you.
Take me now.

"Kālī's association with Śiva, unlike Pārvatī's, seems aimed at exciting him to take part in dangerous, destructive behavior that threatens the stability of the cosmos."

"Amongst thousands of sādhakas and tens of millions of worshippers, fortunate are they who do Kālī sādhana. Kālī is the Mother of the Universe and of all shastra, quite certainly. Remembering Kālī frees one from the fetters of a paśu." ~YT

burn.
“The spark of your name lights the fire of renunciation, there lighting deep within my heart.
Burn, burn away oh my desires, and gaze on the mothers lotus feet, where the three worlds lie.
Your bliss filled form enlightens the depths of my mind. Making all the dark places light,
the sages know You to be the Light of lights, let my mind be filled with that same Light.
“Oh radiant one, you are the fire of austerity, and the cooling light of grace, and the ground of being.
You alone are the formless ocean and the frozen form, within you alone mother all of creation arises and dissipates, like the grass of the ground.
Oh my mind meditate on that Great One, Who has taken on the form of this universe, meditate on Her alone, eternally.” ~ejann

"I miss her lips, glazing mine with her own,
I miss her hands, making my body warm with her cold,
I miss her hair, brushing up against my own,
I miss her near me, she took away a little bit of the fear,
I miss her voice, echoing in my head,
I miss her humming, lullaby,
I miss her, she was her, and she was enough. "
