Yeah I think I could give it a go, it sounds fun!
I really want a story where Maggie bonds with Sideshow Bob. Bart, is afraid for her safety. But, Bob is actually very gentle with Maggie. Maggie even helps Bob be a changed man and forget about his past crimes.
If I could only write decent fan-fiction.

"But Maaarge, we don't know how to get rid of a body!" Homer whined.
"Well you should have thought of that before you went and killed this poor man! And right before church too..." Marge scolded him back.
"Poor man?! Mom, this guy was my nemesis!" Bart dropped the oversized foot he'd been holding, letting it thump to the ground.
"Not to mention he once tried to kill your sister!" Lisa spoke up.
"Irregardless, right now all he is is a poor soul putting mud stains on my carpet. Wrap the body in some old blankets and get him into the treehouse, then come back inside and get changed into your church clothes. We'll figure out a better place to hide him when we get back. Vamoose!" Marge ordered, pointing towards the back of the house.
With a groan, Homer, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie dragged the dead body of Sideshow Bob through the house, his head knocking against every corner they turned.
Marge watched them go, and once they were out of her line of sight, she picked up the landline.
"Chief Wiggum? How would you like to catch the most evil man in Springfield?"
“I’m going to count to three. By the time I’m finished I expect the body to be gone and you all to be ready to go.”

That's true, i just said that because I thought it would be easier for him to be friends with Marge, Lisa, and Maggie. His friendship with Homer would take a little more work xD

Oh definitely, and honestly aside from Bart (and maybe Homer at a push), Bob seems pretty open to being friends with the Simpsons family.
His friendship with Lisa in "the man who grew too much" felt really genuine, the murderous rage not included.
I really want a story where Maggie bonds with Sideshow Bob. Bart, is afraid for her safety. But, Bob is actually very gentle with Maggie. Maggie even helps Bob be a changed man and forget about his past crimes.
