I have a question, what is the hierarchy in Monster High?
For example in both g1 and g3 it seems to show that Dracula is on the very top of the hierarchy. He seems to be known well by both the humans and the monsters (even if there opinion of him is bad). It is also shown through out the books that people and monsters are both scared of him.
I originally thought Ramsey and the de Nile family would be on top but then I remembered despite their wealth they all were underground for over a thousand years which would have lead Dracula to be the one who helped monster society gaining his reputation.
I also don't know much about g3 but I do know Heath is the son of Hades( The Devil ) yet doesn't seem to be respected for his title and just gets treated like everyone else. This makes me think that either people are scared of the devil and or don't respect him so idk where to put him.
After the de Niles are humans because they live the best and have the most control. Then monsters because they are treated worse and have had a way harder time growing as a society.
After that then I have monster/monster hybrids. When they were first on screen all the monsters seemed to be confused by them or scared of them. They got treated poorly but are know being treated as equals but that's only in monster high so i'm assuming everyone has different opinions of them.
Then there is monster/human hybrids. For them it heavily depends on what they are able to pass as for example, Deuce Gorgon gets respected and treated well by monsters because he looks like one while hybrids like Jackson and Holt get treated depending on what they look like and not who they are.

Jackson Jekyll Headcannons
-When he originally got into monster high and no one knew he was Holt it was a shock for a lot of students because they have never seen a human before. So they would just either hover really close to him, smell him, or hold him/ touch him because they didn't know what to do with him.
-Cleo surprisingly gets along well with Jackson because they both spend so much time around Deuce.
-He is one of the best Casket Ball players in the school because of his size. since he is pretty athletic yet small he can easily get past bigger monsters.
-He smells like paint and bleach and no one questions it.
-Lots of the ghosts found out Jackson was part monster before he turned into Holt because humans can't see them yet he could.
-Jackson struggles going to monster stores because it almost always results in him getting into a argument with older monsters who thinks he's a human.

Tbh I'm only separating these kids because I have so many notes on each of them and I don't want to make a post 100000 words long anyways here's my boy, details under the cut
Honestly, didn't change a ton about him, I just bumped his nerd level up a few notches. His original design gives off hipster vibes, and I just don't like that for him, so I pushed it to a soft academia look, similar for what I tried to do for Darling.
-Kept his big goofy glasses, apparently if he takes them off people start fainting (I don't remember if that's a book thing or where I got it but I love it, it makes him a romcom protagonist who has to let his hair down and put some eyeliner on and that's so funny to me), but also his eyes don't work the way they should, he can't comprehend what he's seeing without them.
-Added a pin to his bow to match Darlings, its my version of the crest for the primary Charming line, based off of the hair piece Darlings original design wears, and all the Charmings wear it. Including fancy wing cufflinks!
-Hes basically Daring but nerdier and lankier design-wise. Same hair, but brunette and disheveled, not quite styled right. I took his hipster scarf and made it a normal scarf of Daring's signature red to show how being compared to Daring constantly weighs on him. It also gives him something to fiddle with, and he can wrap it around his neck/face a bunch when he's nervous, which I thought would be a cute character detail
-Darling has more blue with yellow accents, Dexter has more yellow with blue accents. Equal and opposite
-He is Crowned Royalty but he also Wears Khakis
