I'm going to have to say in some sort of medical or scientific facility, maybe one that is hidden and underground, room full of medical equipment (alternatively a dystopian setting so perhaps a more dilapidated building). A close second is a makeshift delivery room in a basement due to being kept captive. Third would be a bedroom, perhaps something to do with a medeval setting. Fourth would have to be on an alter maybe in the forest or in a church or cave.

I like it dark, so against their will. I love the idea of inducement, either because they are overdue or they want them to give birth on a specific day. I do like both picotin being used as well as waters being manually broken.

All of them. Is than an acceptable answer? I'm not kidding, human, alien, monster, demon, animal etc. The only thing I'm not particularly fond of is insects, egg laying and plants.

Naked, plain and simple. I certainly think that it adds to the vunerabilty of the scenario but it also allows whoever is delivering the offspring full access to the labouring persons body.

Most of the time I'm going to say lying on their back with their legs in stirrups but I also like semi-reclined, once again with their legs in stirrups (or even a water birth this way). This being said, I'm not opposed to them being on their hands and knees or even someone holding underneath their arms while they're standing and going to a squat.

With this all being fantasy I usually like restraints being used no matter the position.

I guess in this sense I'm vanilla with the position being normal. Once again, not opposed to the positions of breech, sunny side up and even transverse lie.

Alright, so this might seem dark. Though I'd want them to be helpful, though more ordering, giving instructions on when to push and when not to push. I'd also want them cold, cruel and indifferent. Their goal is for me to give birth not to care about feelings or pain.

I guess all things considered, I don't mind complications. I like the struggle of bringing the offspring to a crown, of it being large and thus causing the birth to go slower. I don't mind the concept of breech complications. I don't want it to be a completely smooth transition from labour to birthing.

Certainly not early. On time, yes, especially if to ensure that the offspring is on time or on on a specific date/at a specific time, labour is induced. Over due, sure, once again some form induction being used to kick start everything off because the pregnancy had been left to progress.

Tricky one. I tend to lean on the side of no for this. Though not opposed to sex being used to induce labour.

Immaculate and The First Omen

I've recently watched both Immaculate and The First Omen and I loved them both, so much in fact they seem to be my new obssession. I think The First Omen is my favourite between the two but not by much...

Spoilers below...

These are my opinions.

Pregnancy wise, Immaculate certainly has more in it, especially regarding a pregnant belly which is beautiful. I love that we get scenes of it bare and the ultrasound scenes. I like how Immaculate is a mixture of horror and science fiction whereas The First Omen is definitely a mixture of horror and supernatural. One is about the birth of a saviour the other the antichrist

Immaculate shows a progression of pregnancy with the big reveal towards the end of how she became pregnant, which I love but would have loved even more if we'd gotten a flashback of how it happen as it was, it was basically left up to the viewer to imagine. I would have loved to have seen a birth scene, I know she gives birth outside but I wanted more. I wanted her giving birth with the doctor and priest there, I wanted her on the birthing table with her legs in stirrups, belly opn display with a belt wrapped around her monitoring the contractions. I wanted her restrained. I wanted to hear her being told to push. That being said, the imprompt c-section was surprising but I actually liked it despite the fact the priest never finished it. Overall, for me personally, an enjoyable film. Be nice if when they release the DVD they showed scenes that didn't make the actual film and one of them was a birth scene where she didn't escape.

(I mean this was set up for the birth, it would have been nice to see them use it.) Now with The First Omen, yes you do get that birth scene that you saw in the trailer but there wasn't much too it due to the editing been quick cuts instead of a single focus shot. Definitely gory when you got to see the hand coming out...

I did like the part leading up to the pregnancy, her realisation that she's pregnant, seeing all the files of the failed pregnancies. The panic, the want for an abortion and even her attempt to escape.

(Immaculated used fetuses in jars, The First Omen used pictures and files; each showed that this had been attempted numerous times.) Pregnancy wise, you don't get much. At the end you get a rapid pregnancy and I admit despite not liking rapid pregnancies this was a good shot especially of the belly. The birth was at the end, it was a c-section. Now, I liked it, I liked the build up to it, the noises she made and the way the belly was revealed. That all being said, I would have loved to have seen a natural birth. Seeing her on the alter she was impregnated on (you get a flashback of the scene, a memory so to speak but once again the majority is left up to the audience.) Seeing the nuns hold her down, contracting belly on display, given something to induce labout and once again being coached through the birth. Still, I did like that she was surrounded by nuns and priests during the c-section and you got a brief look at the fact she was restrained. They also didnt shy away from the c-section or cut to a crying baby.

Overall, as prequels go, pretty damn good.

Once again, would love special features in the DVD where is shows her giving birth naturally.

(Should be mentioned I watched both as bad copies)

You were driving with your college roommate and her brother back to the hometown spring festival for spring break.

When you arrived there, most of town looked straight out a hallmark flim as the shop were dress up in flower and color ribbons .

When you got their family home, an old farm on the edge of town .you had no idea of the horror this place held .

You go to sleep in a guest bedroom.. When you awake in the middle of the night, being pushed down a dark hallway toward a bright light. Your body can't move, but your mind is aware of things .

As you reach the bright room, a voice says, "Place the subject over there we begin in a moment ".

You can feel the person lifting you onto a cold metal table before stripping you of your clothes . "Give them another dose to keep them under. we don't want them to wake up in the middle of this procedure," said a voice .

You soon could feel then opening you up wide before inserting syringe into while another ran an ultrasound over your belly it cold gel making your nerves jump . Soon, a light is placed on your belly as pain like red coal hit, and your belly began to swell as you see the small dot in your womb becoming human like shape and your belly swollen up You pass out from the shock.

You wake up the next morning to a rush of nausea and before you can process the event of last night you began throwing up as your roommates brother walk in to help you keeping your hair out of your face then cleaning up and said "Our town will be thrill to know that you carried our kind and that reproduction with human to help keep us our kind number up ".

He then showed you his true form as he touched your belly as your belly moved before the pain hit again. "Hold on it almost time breathe," he said as he lifted you into the wheelchair and injected you with a drug that made you unable to move, but you could feel the pain growing and pressure rising .

He then wheels you to the center of town and lies down on a table in the center that was surrounded by flowers and ribbons.

I like this, I love the idea of an idellic hometown holding a dark secret. Of no one being wqho they seem to be, I'm almost getting midsommar mixed with stepford wives vibes. Love the ultrasound and artifical insemination, the accelerated part was nice, just imagining lying on a table and feeling my belly grow with life. Would certainly be interested in seeing the birth, it feels almost ritualistic. Over all love this.

(Might not be as dark as you imagined, but I want to mix it with my preferences) You signed up for an experiment ran by a new hospital because you were strapped for cash and the experiment would reward you with loads amount of money. As you read the agreement, you noticed that the payment will only be transferred to you, and after the experiment is successful. You think nothing of it and signed it. You entered the hospital, was told to wear this specific outfit of the hospital robe and a set of bras, panties, and shorts with a material texture that you had never seen or felt before. You entered the waiting room, filled with around 5 other young women, just chatting around, befriending each other. You talked to them and another 2 women came in shortly after. Soon, the numbers are called, one-by-one. Everyone was anxious and curious what's the experiment is about. When the 2nd woman was called, the first woman hasn't came back yet, so you assumed she got transferred to the next room. When it was your turn, you were wheeled off into the medical room, suspiciously looking like a vaginal examination room... or a delivery room. They removed your robe, put you on restrain and was told to bite a piece of cloth and the staff came and injected your belly with mysterious fluid. Soon enough, your belly began to swell rapidly and within minutes, you were now overdue. You felt a rush of fluid coming out of you and then whatever it is that's inside you is coming down. You panic, but can only grunt and push the thing inside you out. You feel the burn and the shorts that are still intact, making it more difficult to get the offspring out. Almost 2 hours later, you were exhausted, but whatever it is that you pushed out of your body is out of you, lodged into your shorts, along with all of the fluids. "Impressive. She's the strongest candidate so far to be able to do it. But we'll need more testing. Bring in the next woman." The doctor said before you went unconscious.

Honestly, this was a very interesting concept.

I love the idea of signing up for am experiment due to the fact I'm short on cash and not knowing what exactly the experiment is for. In a way I suppose you could connect it with medical impregnation or forced surrogacy. I'll admit, I'm not a fan of the clothing birth, I don't why it's just not something I have been interested in. I'd prefered to be naked or have what ever I'm wearing lifted up so that my large contracting belly is on display.

The restraints and belly expansion was a nice touch, I don't mind a little rapid pregnancy here and there. To watch in dismay as my belly slowly stretches with life, to know that I am powerless to prevent it from rounding and reaching full term. Fear gripping me as my belly button is pulled flat and then suddenly pops upwards, knowing that soon I'm going to be in labour. I love the fact that it's not revealed what I'm carrying, it could be human or alien or something else entirely.

The opening ending is so good, not know my fate but knowing that this won't be the first tie my belly swells with life.

As he began to blind you and you fight back , he smiled and said “ morning sweet little dove ” “before you start to scream or yell "you cant do this I can you see Mankind itself need someone to push it to the next level , that well be us , you as the host that will carried the next stage of human evolution and i as it creator " 

the mask man then removed your close and then using tools open your legs and said "ah your at peak time to carried life , good then it mean we can move forward with our time together . the mask man step back as a Android looking almost human step up and began to mount you . each thrust it fake part hitting you in all the right place . After a few hours and you reaching orgasm a handful off time the android pause when it reach your womb again as the man in the mask walk up and open spot on the android was able to place a tube of sperm in one stop as well as camera in another was able to see inside and inseminate you . What is inside of you .. as the horror set in you feel your belly start to Contract .

I love this so much, the use of syringes, the ultrasound, the attempt to flee because lets be honest the android will capture and drag me back where I will be giving birth, arms bound in leather straps, hooked up to monitors and legs in stirrups with only the android assisting in the birth.

Confession time, I love the idea of being impregnated by an android, a cold unfeeling machine that see’s me as nothing more than a host for offspring. No matter how much I plea or struggle against my restraints it continues it’s mechanical thrusting until I can feel it’s release.

Bonus, if after a few days/weeks, it presses its hand to my belly and declares in a cold voice that it has been successful and I’m pregnant. I love the idea of it constantly monitoring, hooking me up to machines so i myself can see the progress of the abomination inside me.
