Hi! I need your help to find a fanfic, I'm afraid It was deleted but I'm not really sure :( I think the name was "a favor". I read it on ao3, modern setting, nsfw, one-shot. Inukag are best friends, both are bi, Inuyasha is virgin and Kagome isn't, so she suggest him having sex with her for his first time. They do it, and after that, they are lying in bed and kissed, in that moment they realize both have feelings for each other. After that kiss they feel kinda awkard around each other. One day Kagome invites Inuyasha to come over at her apartment, and finally they confess their feelings. It's the most I can remember, I hope it helps!

I'm so glad you're back! I hope you had a good rest!
I would like to ask for help. I read a fanfiction a couple of months ago, but completely forgot its title. It was a oneshot. There, a high-ranking man wanted to hire Inuyasha, so he came to Kaede's village. Approaching, he saw Moroha playing with the twins, but he thought she was a monster trying to kill them, causing him to push her to the ground. Twins told Inuyasha about this, and he came to protect his puppy.
I couldn't find this fic myself, so I hope someone read it. I would really love to reread it again.

Hiii, I would reaaaly appreciate it by any chance you could tell me the fic Im trying to find. I have tried and tried 😭 its an InuKag fic, it was a continuation fic I think, Inuyasha and Kagome are already in a relationship and basically engaged/married. Some details I remember:
-Inuyasha had a magic pocket space house, with hot springs where he and Kagome bathed together
-called Kagome Koibito
-the house had some kind of spirits that looked after the house and mended his fire rat robe
-they we’re continually travelling from past to present
-Inuyasha wanted to buy something (I think an engagement ring?) for Kagome, he and the grandpa got together and he would take valuables from his magic house, hide them in the past close to the shrine, then they would try to sell them together
-of the antiques he sold a horse (can’t remember if it was jade or gold or what) and Seshomaru in the present buys it
-they go to Kagomes school, after she graduated, he sayd “no more tiny skirts”
I thiiiink there was like a reunion with Seshomaru and it turned out there were still demons in the present hidden in society, but that could be my memory confusing it with another story.

Hi, I’m looking for fics where Kagome and/or Inuyasha deal with depression/anxiety. I like longer stories but one-shots are totally fine too. I would prefer stories from before 2019 so there’s no Yashahime influence. Also please no sessrin in the recs. Thank you so much!
Hi anon, thank you for the ask! Most of the fics we could find that fit your criteria are one shots, but there are a few longer stories sprinkled throughout. In order to provide more reading material, we split the list into stories written in 2019 or earlier and stories that were written after 2019 but contain no references to Yashahime (characters, plot, or otherwise). There shouldn't be any SessRin references in any of the fics either.
This is a difficult subject to search for without having read a story in its entirety, so we strongly encourage anyone who knows of any others to leave more recs in the reblogs/replies!

Hi can you recommend any period drama Inukag fics? I read Rudd’s Sense & Sensibility retelling and I love it! I’m looking for fics with a similar vibe to the Regency/Edwardian era or other period drama types 💕

Hello! I’m looking for 2 fics, I think both is from ao3 and maybe in the last 5 years.
1. Kagome was some kind of ancient language translator, who live alone with her cat. She brought home a book from work, and accidentally summoned Inuyasha who tried to seduce her, because that was his “job”.
2. In this fic Inuyasha was training to be a monk, because he think he’s human. One day he met with Kagome who is a demon (cat?). She lived behind a waterfall maybe. I don’t remember exactly but maybe Inu promised Kagome to kiss her or be her mate, exchange for something. Kagome told him he’s a hanyou. And Inu goes between the monastery and Kagome. The title was similar to tranquility I think.
It’s a little bit chaotic, but I really really hope someone knows this stories and can help me!

We currently have 73 active threads in the works, which is more than our usual backlog. If your ask hasn't been answered yet please know we are working on it. We don't generally clear the inbox in the order received, but through an unstable mix of prior-knowledge, zeitgeist, and the will of the universe. And who are we to question the universe? Though in seriousness we are currently prioritizing older lists and finishing out anything asked in 2022.

We will be officially turning off anonymous asks for the Archive inbox. A majority of the asks we receive are anonymous, and while we do still love answering them it is difficult for us as a team because we cannot ask clarifying questions, and more importantly, we never know if the list we spent so much time on is ever even seen by the asker which hurts team morale. If you have a request you feel is "taboo" or "too cringe" we encourage you to lean into it and ask anyway: it's nothing new under the sun for us. I'm looking for a fic, I think it's a bit older, but the writer might be here on Tumblr. In the story, it's after Kagome comes back from the future, and she and Inuyasha get married. They become very close to Sesshomaru, and he even calls Kagome his sister (I believe.) She ends up pregnant with triplets. I think the writer was working on a sequel story, and the babies were not born by the end of the first story. I also know that in the story, Inuyasha has the ability to enter or see others' dreams... and I think he has an actual dog form as well?
