Urges and other weird stuff I've experienced as an otherhearted person (idk how to explain lolololol)

Sometimes I feel like I have paws, and other times I get the urge to "groom" myself (not in a sexual way!) or I get the urge to start running on all fours. I love the feeling of wearing a tail, and I've experienced only a few mental shifts which lasted usually under a minute, never experienced phantom shifts or I don't suffer from species dysphoria. I guess in some moments I feel as if I am an actual non-human species (binturong and cats mostly), but I don't believe myself to be therian because I don't think I am an animal mentally/on a non physical level. I love being otherhearted/animalhearted and encourage others to be more open about it too!
