Isanami has been Moved!!

“Anger and sadness…” The two emotions that affected the goddess in such a positive way, ironically. “They can drive you to do reckless things. You are certainly too forgiving, little priestess.” It was an aspect of Isanami that the goddess felt unnecessary, however she understood that this nature of the kind-hearted priestess was rather… straining, to say the least.

To express kindness to everyone, even the ones who had caused pain… Izanami couldn’t begin to imagine that. Pain had to be returned with pain… it was the only way she could make herself feel better.

Izanami chuckled lightly. “No need for thanks, dear. At first, I was a bit worried when you were growing up. I thought I had chosen the wrong vessel. However…” A hand ran along her arm as she spoke, humming softly all the way. “This is the second time you’ve allowed me to gain control, isn’t it? You’re too generous, priestess.”

Isanami knew that. She knew quite well what anger and sadness could lead to, but she normally managed alright. Sure there were a few decisions she regretted, but everything always seemed to turn out alright in the end.

"No, maybe I'm a little too forgiving, but that isn't always a bad thing." It had it's purpose and honestly, it was better to forgive and move on then to hold on to her anger and frustration with others. Holding a grudge just wasn't worth the pain and frustration it caused anyone involved in it.

Izanami was right though about one thing. She was far too generous she needed to stop allowing Izanami to get control. Especially since she wasn't certain how to gain control of her body back. At least she was talking to her now that was better then sitting in here regretting her life decisions. "Perhaps you are right . . ." she trailed off and sighed. 

In all honesty Isanami was scared that she wouldn't regain control over her body. She didn't want to remain trapped in here forever, but she might honestly not have a choice in the matter.

[touches her face.] you.... are so beautiful that you give the sun a reason to shine

“Twinny~ You’re silly, but thank you~” Isa smiled and wrapped her arms around her “twin”. It was nice having two of them around.

ixanami:

The goddess laughed, finding the priestess’ response futile… yet amusing all the while. “Ah, I must have missed the option of simply leaving things as they are, allowing what I had created with my former husband to thrive.” A hand found its way to her hair, as Izanami twirled the celeste strands around her finger. “No answer? As I expected. But you and I know the bitter pain of being betrayed. Didn’t it make you angry? Didn’t you start to hate them? Didn’t you want to destroy…. everything they stood for? Even after all the warnings he had received… he still had to do that to me.”

She hummed. “We… are very alike, my little priestess. I’m very glad I chose you as my vessel.”

The more Isanami learned about Izanami she honestly couldn't help but feel sad. Honestly, it was sad that she had been wronged so badly that she had come to believe this was the only option for anything. It was sad and it was frustrating that Isanami to an extent could understand a little bit where the other one was coming from.

"No, I didn't . . . I was angry and sad yes, but I didn't hate them." No, she couldn't bring herself to hate them. 

So Izanami was glad to have chosen Isanami? Now that was something she hadn't expected to hear. Not that she had expected to have this conversation with the other. "Um . . . thanks I guess . . .?" What was she even suppose to say in this situation. She didn't truly want to offend the goddess she shared a body with even if she was frustrated with her a little.

Izanagi: Many years ago, I lost my beautiful wife, Izanami, in Yomi.

Izanami: QUIT TELLING PEOPLE I'M DEAD!!

Izanagi: Sometimes I can still hear her voice.

ixanami:

“… why, you ask? It’s a simple concept.” The goddess sat up, hair ruffled by the wind as she did so. “I want everyone to bow to me. As I have vowed to kill one thousand men a day, to have the world in my grasp… I will create a place for my children of Yomi. All the ones who had been rejected. Tell me this, young one…” Though Izanami already knew the answer, as the being had always been awake within the priestess. “Have you ever been betrayed?”

"Isn't there another way?" She knew it was foolish to ask such a thing but she couldn't truly stop herself. She knew Izanami wasn't going to budge on what she wanted. Isanami had already learned that numerous times. Frowning Isanami wrapped her arms around herself trying to make herself feel a little better, but it wasn't truly working. She didn't want to answer that question not out loud at least.

“Everyone wishes to be right, do they not? You are a prime example of that, dear. Just as you wish to be right in the fact that your Light would stand a chance against me, I wish to be right in my ways of taking over the world.” Frankly, the world deserved it. If she could not take vengeance on her husband… the world he seemed to have an inclination towards to would have to do. “I believe that I am right, though. In both my methods and my words.”

Isanami honestly wanted to believe she was different from Izanami, but the more she listened to the other talk she realized they were kind of similar in their own ways. Even if Izanami was twisted. "Perhaps your right, everyone wants to be right, but destroying or taking over the world? Why?" She honestly wasn't certain she understood the other's motives behind this.

Cue migraine and eye twitching. With that, his eyes shift towards the two of them. “Alright, you wanna know what, fuck-faces?” If there was one thing people should avoid doing? It was making fun of his hobbies. Even in passing. “The way I see it? You can ether keep making fun of my commitments or you can fucking run before I cut each of you in half, and we have four portions of little bitch laying on the ground!!” And? It would be about that second that he would be pulling his weapon from its hoister.

He was going to do this the easy way. He was going to leave. But? I suppose the other option is making sure there aren’t two of them anymore… that worked too.

“Waah~ so scary!” Well, truth be told, she was aware of the fact that he could carry out that threat… on a mild level? Maybe. “You shouldn’t take it in a personal way, Kamanosuke. We’re just pointing out the fact that if you’re gonna turn tail and run away from Ueda just because we suddenly doubled… well. You know where we stand. Now you get to befriend two of us, right? Or chase two… whatever works for you.”

Now, she was just teasing him. “What do you think, twinny? If there are two of us, maybe we can pin him down so he won’t be able to escape… and then tickle him.” That sounded dangerous. It is not advised to do that.

Isanami's eyes widened, "No, that's okay. I prefer to stay whole." She backed away a little putting distance between her and Kamanosuke. She knew very well he could make good on that threat and she didn't want to see it happen. 

"I don't think that's a wise decision," she shook her head. "Judging by his facial expression it's likely he would kills us before we even get close." Kamanosuke was scary when he was angry and that was the damn truth.

Isanami placed her hands on her hips, humming to herself as she thought. Then, with a firm nod, she pointed over to the town. “The dango shop! First place we gotta conquer is the dango shop!”

"Let's go then~" Isanami grabbed her twin's hand and started to run in the direction of the shop. This was going to be great~ After all, there was no better way to start a world take over then food.

ixanami:

“What’s the matter? Are you upset, knowing that my words are true?” Leaning her head against the wall, Izanami hummed softly, watching as the tendrils of darkness seeped out, tearing at the environment. “Well, well. Even if I am in control, it appears your anger is able to affect some of my abilities. A simple matter that can easily be fixed…” But she wouldn’t call them back. It was to her delight, actually, that she witness the destruction. “But tell me, my trapped princess, how exactly… am I wrong? In fact, if Earth had also been stronger… I believe he would still be here, and you would be laughing happily with your ‘friends’…. or am I wrong again~?”

"No, you're just saying stuff because you want to be right you aren't though." She couldn't be right, no way, Isanami wasn't going to believe it. No, she wouldn't believe it unless Saizou was truly unable to fix this. However, she had nothing to say to the other with that last statement. Nothing she would say would be an argument she could back up because really Izanami had a point there. Whether Isanami liked it or not Izanami had a point and it bothered her.

“Now, just hold on for one- Fucking- Minute!” Did someone ask for Mr. Drama-Queen to throw a hissy? “I’m willing to put up with a lot of crap. I’m willing to put up with most things. But like hell am I staying as part of this fucking shit-ass team… if there are t w o of these little pampered priestess’ around!!!”

She knows the effect she has on him… so having double was sure to be quite fun for herself. And, well, the girl she had dubbed ‘twinny’. “Is your rematch with Saizou not worth two of us? Hmm, maybe your conviction isn’t as strong as I thought it was, Kamanosuke… what do you think?”

"Hey, it's not so bad~ Come on Kamanosuke~" Honestly, she didn't understand why he was making such a big deal. After all everyone else had to put up with him and it wasn't like he was the best person in the world. "I think if he's ditching just because there are two of us he definitely doesn't have as much conviction as we both thought~" Oh they were going to make him angry and in some ways it was going to please her. He was such a jerk all the time and it was annoying.

“Your blind faith in such a weak man is adorable. But his confidence will be his own downfall. It’s happened… countless times as well.” Riling up the priestess was amusing. Even if Izanami was somewhat annoyed by Isanami’s steadfast dedication to her Light, that was exactly what the goddess would use to tease her more. “He barely saved you from my son… ah? I also just remembered~ He also failed to save Earth, didn’t he? If your Light was just a little bit faster… maybe Earth would still be here right now, hm?”

She proved a point she did but Isa had to believe that if anyone would save her it would be Saizou. He was the light to her dark and he would fix this. He just had to. "I don't care what you say! You're wrong! You're wrong, you're wrong, you're wrong!" Isa shook her head fiercely. "Shut up!"

“I’m afraid I can’t quite grant you that wish, my dear. They are the ones coming to me, after all. I’m merely giving them a welcome gift. Although…” She tilted her head forward, listening to the words of her dearest children… acting as spies. “It appears as if Ice, Wind, Metal and Lightning will not be coming to your rescue. That’s a shame. Looks as if Ice has sustained some damage, and the other three… are nowhere to be found. But even with their lack of manpower, they are still coming to rescue… you.” The goddess laughed in amusement. “Light cannot stop the darkness. As long as there is strife and hatred, I will always remain superior. After all…” she hummed. “Your Light failed to stop my precious son.”

Well, that made sense unfortunately. If they were intending to save her of course they would go after Izanami. Also not surprising that some of them weren't coming to her rescue. So Ana had gotten hurt? Well at least she wasn't dead she was still alive then right? The other's all Iza said was that they were no where to be found. That didn't mean they weren't okay though. "You don't know that! He's saved me from countless hopeless situations and he'll do it again! Just you watch!"

The other’s sadness merely fueled the goddess’ power. It was quite the unfair advantage the being of darkness had, but she wasn’t going to complain. Izanami hummed, fingers lightly brushing a nearby flower. It had withered in a second, and the woman snickered at that. “It seems as if your… what do you call them? Your ‘friends’… they aim to bring you back. I think… that it would be fun to talk to them. Especially that little Light of yours? He’d be a nice addition to Yomi, wouldn’t he? What do you think?”

"Leave them alone! You have nothing to gain from bothering them!" Isanami yelled. She didn't want Izanami anywhere near her friends. She knew outright what the other would do to them and she didn't want her friends, no her family being drug into this. "No, Saizou will stop you. I know he will." He had to.

“Quite the sharp one, aren’t you?” The goddess laughed, fingers pressing delicately against her cheek. “It must have been all that training you’ve been doing. So desperate to try and become independent so you wouldn’t need my power… but a fruitless effort in the end.” Izanami tilted her head. “But… I suppose I shall tell you. My little darling spies have told me something quite interesting, you see. Are you curious to hear about it?”

'Sharp?' She wasn't certain she would have referred to herself as that. Not when she was stuck in here, alone with only Iza for company. It wasn't like Iza was all that talkative until now. "So, it would seem . . ." she wrapped her arms around herself. She was curious, she was really curious, she wasn't going to admit it though.
