I am moving to Portland, OR. Yes, after an amazing 4.5 years in the Midwest it’s time to explore the western part of the nation. What better than one of the most vegan friendly city in the world. I never expected to move out there but luckily a better job opportunity showed up at the right time and I couldn’t deny it.
