Would you buy a bra that fits asymmetric breasts? I’m super curious to see if there would actually be a demand.

I feel like this decision could give some insite on your feelings toward your (or other’s) breasts.
Purchasing a bra like this could mean ‘screw societies view on what constitutes as a perfect body image, I’m making a statement’ or ‘I dont give a shit, just give me something that fits’.

Or would you shy away from a product like this, in lue of conformation, fitting in or... being ashamed of them boobs?. You want your breasts to be equal sized, so you’ll buy the typical bra, tweak things a bit, and boom, ‘look at me, this is how I want others to see me’ or ‘ there’s a standard I set for myself, and im going to try to reach it, regardless of what inspired it.’

If you’ve always had breasts that aren’t perfectly identical, it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you—it’s simply the way they are, Sherry Ross, M.D., a women’s health expert at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, Calif., and author of She-ology: The Definitive Guide to Women's Intimate Health. Period., tells SELF.
Your ears, eyes, feet, and labia aren’t carbon copies, she points out, so why should your boobs be identical? A lot of this is dictated by your genes, she says, and if your mom and grandmother have mismatched boobs, the odds are pretty high that you do, too.

Breast asymmetry is a very common concern among women, adolescents and adults alike. No one is born with perfectly symmetric breasts and mild to moderate differences in breast shape, or a 1-2 cup size difference, or position in the developing adolescent are to be expected. Moreover, breast asymmetries that persist beyond puberty affect more than half of all women! In fact, one study in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal, out of 100 women who wanted breast augmentation with implants, 88 percent had natural asymmetries. At a time when our body and mind are changing rapidly, when is breast asymmetry a cause for concern? Having uneven breasts may impact a young woman’s body image -nipntuck.com

“I am in the same boat - DD/E one side, C/D the other. I've always been asymmetric too and at times it's really got me down, even though we're all told that it's normal and no one is perfectly symmetrical. I remember when I was in secondary school (21 now) I was so self-conscious and would only wear heavily padded bras, and was verging on paranoia about tops being wonky because of my wonky boobs. A great discovery was bras where the padding is removable and could take it out of one side so as to balance the girls out a little more - could be an avenue to explore if you haven't already. I still don't understand that if uneven breasts are the norm, then why aren't more bras made this way? Still, the only real advice I can offer is to learn to love yourself. It's so easy to say but harder to believe, especially when coping with low self-esteem and the world we live in being plastered with photoshopped bodies of celebrities etc 24/7. Do things that make you feel good and that you can be proud of, and it makes it easier to hold your head a that bit higher every day. There is so much to experience in the world and so much to seize every day, and while you're getting out there, try to fake it 'til you make it. It works! Face the world with a smile and you're a force to be reckoned with!” -ionlylikeredones, reddit.

"If the only tool you have is a hammer, it’s hard to eat spaghetti” - David Allen
Quality tools, gear and equipment are super important to me. I try my best to buy right and buy once. Getting a cheap alternative to something I definitely need hasn’t panned out that well for me. If im starting out, or learning the ropes, that’s different: it help to get a glimpse of what im getting into. But with enough experience, sometimes there’s no alternative to saving up for the best.
My favourite thing I own is are my ‘airs’: my AirPods Pro and my Aer Travel Pack 2. I wear these ear buds in for at least half the day, and I bring this bag with me everywhere. Wether it’s a trip to the coffee shop or (pre-covid) travel the world with. This and a few other items I own are inspired by @packhacker digital nomad packing list. Check these guys out!

This piece was a blast to make. Trying my best to balance creating something realistic with Canadian weed label guidelines and entertaining enough as a parody.

“Since the consumption of cannabis has been legalized in Canada, one in six (16%) cannabis users say they’ve consumed in a public place and have been chastised for doing so, according to a new Ipsos poll conducted on behalf of Global News. In fact, among the 90% of cannabis users who say they’ve consumed since legalization, men (23%) are way more likely than women (4%) to say they’ve used cannabis in public and people have tried to make them feel like they were doing something wrong. Similarly, those under 35 (24%) are considerably more likely than consumers aged 35-54 (9%) or 55+ (5%) to say that this has been their experience.”

“[...] I no longer buy into the all-pervasive ideology that pot is a purple panacea gifted from the gods — but its medicinal properties cannot be denied. Weed has much better karma than alcohol and unscented bath salts, and I’ve never seen it turn anyone violent. I believe the war on drugs is a crime, and I fully support the legalization of weed, among other drugs. I just know I — me, not talking about you — can’t touch the stuff ever again. ⠀ They say only 10 percent of all users become dependent on marijuana. I am the 10 percent.”⠀ -A.N. “What’s in a name? Or better yet, what's in no name® products? The answer is, quality without having to pay top dollar. Just look for the yellow packs. They’re hard to miss." - No Name Brand --- Completely unnecessary, but I put more details on the backside of the container, sort of like an Easter egg for the product, with functioning barcodes and all. Don't call the 1-800 # tho. Also, use TikTok? Follow me there too (@imdeecetoo), I started posting some different content (still related to ‘no shame’).

To help protect others, especially children or youth, Health Canada suggests that you make cannabis unfit for consumption prior to disposing it. One method of disposing cannabis is to blend the cannabis with water and mix it with cat litter, to mask the odour, and then place it in your regular household garbage.” - Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS.ca) — Lmao, there’s a cannabis shop opening here, like, every 2 blocks. Stuff’s legal now, what ya gunna do. we got Timmie’s, LCBO’s and now Tokyo smokes. 🤷🍍

As of now, this is my home office. Simple, functional, and contains the things that I really value: From art books, trinkets, personal collections, and works from artists that inspire me. And finally, after years of searching, spending, and rearranging, I found the best table/chair to get everything I need to get done on: The floor. The idea of this space is heavily inspired by Glo and HL from @thoughtworthyco, give em a gander. My journey toward minimalism is largely thanks to @mattdavella and his super inspiring and relatable videos on youtube, along with essays and posts by @joshuafieldsmillburn & @ryannicodemus at @theminimalists. I'll talk more about it in a future post!

“Then one night, it happened. As I fumbled, I came across what I’d later realize was my clitoris. I found that touching it felt really good. So I kept touching it, moving my index finger around in a circular motion, while applying different levels of pleasure. It felt so good, that I assumed it was definitely a bad thing; a wrong thing. As the feeling got more and more intense, I started to feel more and more guilty. When I finally had my very first orgasm — which I wasn’t even sure that’s what it was — I was conflicted. Was what I felt bad? Had anyone else experienced such a thing? Did I just invent something new? As a kid who came of age in the '90s, I didn’t have Google to turn to. All I had was my Sassy magazines and this new “dirty” secret. An amazing secret, but dirty nonetheless.
It wasn’t until I went to college when my friend Lyndsay made a comment, out of the blue, about how her wrist hurt from masturbating so much the night before that I realized I wasn't the only masturbator out there. I was floored. I couldn’t believe she had just said these words out loud. I responded with relief in my voice: “I masturbate too.” She looked at me, confused, and told me that almost everyone masturbates. Everyone, she repeated a couple of times. I knew I hadn't invented giving myself an orgasm, but it was life-altering to realize that most women were, in fact, masturbating.
I started to wonder who else of my female friends were masturbating. Was there a whole group of us? Could we start a club? Get matching t-shirts?”

“There’s no specific amount of self-pleasure that is too much. Everyone is different. You might never do it, or you might do it multiple times a day. If you find that the time you’re spending on self-pleasure is getting in the way of other activities (like schoolwork, spending time with family or friends, or other responsibilities), that might be a sign to think about how you prioritize it in your life.

If you have complicated feelings about self-pleasure or are concerned about the ways you engage with it, talking about it with someone you trust may help. Sex-positive friends, partners, counsellors, sex therapists, or health care providers can be great resources for help, information, or support in dealing with embarrassment, stigma, shame, or other feelings that are coming up for you”

I’ve been passionate about large scale art since I can remember creating art. Mix that in with my obsession with pop art’s focus on simple everyday objects, along with fascinating artistic techniques (hyperrealism, scale, unconventional medium/media, etc.) and you have my tastes. Recently, I’ve had a big mental breakthrough, when I discovered digital 3D tools, such as Blender. The ability to create life like creations and concepts, in mere moments, that would be costly or take ages, to conceive traditionally. It made me realize how important bringing an idea to life and then moving onto the next, is for myself and my growth as an artist. Not only to discover what ideas are good when created, but also quickly reveal whats bad, and to move on from there. A satisfying iterative approach to art making.

Making this piece was actually a lot of fun. Pre-covid, it was one of the few no shame products I created in my (then) new studio, followed by a few more ideas using Blender. After my short stay at that space, and a long hiatus, I left the project on the side to deal with other commitments during covid and really, figure out my future. I’ve decided to get a new studio a few months back, and bring things back into motion. This was the first piece that came to mind that started the whole 'no shame' series. Usually, my inspiration starts from a one sentence idea, and I just keep tackling it, moulding it and eventually see if it lives long enough to become something or die as a concept. So, buckle up, it’s gonna be a doozy.

“Who ever said I deserved to feel good? Maybe I would have felt differently if I’d had a lock on my bedroom door. If I had liked my body. If I had gone to a school with better sex ed. If I possessed even one crumb of self-esteem. If I had become friends with Amanda, or any girl for that matter. If I could have seen Big Mouth or Pen15 or Booksmart or any content that normalizes girls pleasing themselves. But I didn’t. And so I learned pleasure as something meant for other people.” - @mielmonster, @playboy ‘pleasure issue’
