Uni is really k word ing me atm, I have an essay in less than a week en 2 exams in less than 2 weeks. I still have so much to do and I really feel like the worst person taking an evening off studying because I'm afraid I will fail🙃🙃

At that time they did this competition thing where you could win a virtual meet & greet when you had bought merch or the album on their merch site. It was through this app 'looped' and you got 1 minute to talk with one of them (the 4 of them were doing meet&greets individually but you didn't know beforehand who you would get. Turned out I got Brad. I was like really nervous tbh. He actually asked how I was and how my day was. And I said that I was well and that I had been studying all day. And he was actually quiet interested and asked what I studied and then he also asked me what I wanted to do with in the future like what I wanted to become. I also asked him how his day was. I also remember that I said how great the album was and I also said how much they and their music mean to me. And then my minute was over. I never smiled harder as after that conversation. Looped also sends you a recording of your call but believe me that I never rewatched it because I don't think I could handle it emotionally lol😅😭 Also the meet&greets were in the evening and I think it was my turn at like 9 or 10pm and I basically already was in my pyjamas so I called Brad in my pyjamas but luckily he only saw my face😂😂

I honestly don't remember much, because i was studying for my final exam before college (the equivalent of a gcse) so i didn't really focus on much other than that. I do remember the band making lives and the Cherry Blossom live gig, where u could buy tickets to watch the live concert (at least i think it was this one. I know something was free and one was with money)

But they were pretty active on social media from what i remember, trying to stay connected

They were just so active on socials. Before the album I remember they were even still doing following sprees on twitter. They did this youtube livestream when the album came out. They did the (paid) livestream where they played the whole album. They did casual livestreams on instagram even. The youtube vids and the mv's. Besides the album Con and James also did twitch streams which were so fun to watch. It's so weird it's been so long already tbh🥺 Now I really need them to move and release a next album

Looking back on it I really miss the cherry blossom era even if it was during the pandemic. It was truly amazing like besides the album we got so so much content and they were so active on socials back then🥺 I also still can't believe I literally talked to Brad during that time, it still feels like a fever dream tbh. The vamps will forever be my ultimate fave, I'm not such a die hard fan of 5sos as of the vamps but I've always enjoyed listening to their music a lot and I loveeee their album youngblood so much

Was able to go to 5sos yesterday cuz I won tickets and pleaseeee it was the best show I've ever seen in my life and we had such good places, I'm so so grateful🥺🥺❤
