Seemed like most people were pretty into this, so I'm gonna make it a Patreon Goal. I'll probably do snippets like the first thing even if we fail, but if we get to $500 I'll try to make a real-ass comic issue for it. Hit $1000, and I'll make the baffling decision to try to make more than one.
you’d think a muppet Sherlock Holmes would cast Kermit as Holmes and Miss Piggy as Watson based on body type, but no. You’d be wrong. Holmes is Miss Piggy and Watson is Kermit and you know, you KNOW I am right
Finished him last night(sans his outfit and like… actually naming him…). this is him taking a rest at the gf’s house after his first outing at the carolina ren faire today!! Got a lot of complements and interactions with him 🥰
People talk about it like it's some sort of mysterious incredible magic that only the most talented full-time Jim Henson performers can ever dream of reaching. So I just wanna let you know that they will always talk to the puppet. It doesn't have to be an impressive puppet, and you don't have to be good at puppeteering. If you move the damn thing around and do a funny voice everyone will forget you're there. They will look at the puppet, and they will talk to the puppet.

When working on an art piece, sometimes it's easy to become discouraged in the beginning, because many times we focus on the end product instead of what it takes to get there. Working on puppets is time intensive & takes many different steps. It teaches you to be present and simply enjoy the journey; the destination is the culmination of that.
It's humbling but also rewarding. That's what I love about puppetry.
