Resi (short for Resident Evil) the cow went on a trip today and met up with her pal Sage the Thylacine (belongs to @thylacines-toybox) at the Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh!!

We had lots of fun and saw lots of rhododendrons! She had a pistachio lemon bakewell tart for lunch.

She also met a friendly squirrel or two!

I have found the smallest rhubarb stalk!

I will make a rhubarb crumble with it, first I have to clean it and trim the leaf

I have some normal sized rhubarb sticks also, the pink and green are so bright!

After cooking in the pan with sugar a little while and baking in the oven with some crumble on top it is finished, and still quite pink!

#my food today is very colourful!#I was not sure how many rhubarb sticks to get for my dish but it was just about enough #I could fit more next time!
