In the wake of #Zeta we rise to a storm ravaged neighborhood. Today we at Barack H. Obama Elementary Magnet School of Technology are continuing our Red ribbon week however today we're adding a little white to our red and turning it pink! Today we are wearing pink to join the fight against breast cancer. In reality one in eight women in the United States can expect to develop breast cancer over the course of an entire lifetime. That is why it is so very important to get a mammogram! I had my own personal scare with The big C back in 2016 and I know how very important it is for these annual physicals. Rose and I would like to encourage everyone to get their annual physicals and women, especially, please make sure to get your mammogram every three years!
