Something about the fandom's dissatisfaction with Haganezuka's eye color (not everyone but a good number) that I've always wondered about:
Why would Haganezuka's eyes be green? My very first thought when I saw it animated was "that looks like molten steel" and that is the most fitting color one can possibly bestow upon a swordsmith who's devoted his entire life to his craft. (...And he ended up not even hesitating to lose one of those eyes just to finish honing a sword T_T)
