A need for sure. Love is very important and powerful. Not necessarily romantic love but love from anyone. Family, friends, a partner, anyone. Most importantly self love. It can be so hard for some people trust me I know but loving yourself is so incredibly important. Also just having genuine love and appreciation for the world around you. Again I know that any type of love can be hard and even just trying to appreciate being alive can be horrible again Im familiar with the feeling but when you start looking at things in a different light it’s amazing. There’s so much hate in the world which is why you should be worried or focused on the world but on your on life and journey. Of course there will be ups and downs but when you’re able to recognize how beautiful life can be it’s truly amazing because you can think back to good memories and really feel the love. I think just being able to recognize the love in yourself and for yourself is one of the most important things in life
