i like them all for different purposes!!! i enjoy raw red onions the most, but they lose their flavor quickly i’ve found so i usually get white onions to dice up and keep in the fridge.

white onions go best on sandwiches… yellow/sweet onions are best for frying or caramelizing!!! all onions are good onions ❤️❤️❤️ ESPECIALLY the lil pearl onions i love those fuckers
