Jarrod is moving along pretty good on the Pontiac. Headliner is done, carpet is done, shift bezels are done all the panels are cut and designed. All the new glass is in other than the windshield. It's really looking like a car again. We came up with another cool idea on Friday that we are going to incorporate into the interior. For now these will be the last pictures we post until after we debut it to the Reed family at World of Wheels here in indy next month. Just got this El Camino in for some suspension upgrades via a nice @umiperformanceinc Stage 2 kit, a new @moserengineering 12 bolt, disc brakes all the way around, and some fresh paint. Then it was decided that it needs a VERY loud stereo too. We got a new Superride front end in the other day from our friends over at @heidtssuspensions First order of business was to set the car up and pull off the doghouse. Then we removed all the old suspension, laid out the new parts, and cleaned and boxed the frame rails. After that we laid out the axle centerline, and test fit the new crosmember. After a little trimming and fitting we were good to go. Tacked it in place and then fully welded the crossmember, we then fit the upper coilover mounts and welded them up. The suspension parts are in the body shop for paint, and after a few other mods on the frame, it'll get painted and assembled and be a roller again. These @heidtssuspensions fit great and they drive awesome. Let us know if you need some new suspension for your ride.
