Reminds me of when I was VISIBLY pregnant at Target shopping and this lady came up to me, said she didn't speak English well and to read the paper. It said she needed help with formula. And she had a basket full of formula and other random baby crap. Luckily I knew about that scam already from tiktok. They have you buy it then want the receipt so they can return it for the cash.

Like to come up and ask someone and scam them is bad enough but to ask someone who is pregnant and needs to buy their own baby stuff (which was what I was there for. She caught me in the baby isle) is just low.

It really sucks because you never know who actually desperately needs the help because of these scammers. 😕

This guy I knew in highschool messaged me the other day and we talked about the old days. He's over here sweet talking me saying oh I use to think you were really cute and I should have asked you out.

The next day he mentioned he was short on cash ($15) for formula for his daughter so I offered to help. He asked me for $30. Whatever he wanted to get two cans of formula. Couple hours later he's like dang I'm going to have to steal some diapers my baby momma won't respond. Like he's fishing at me to send him more money. I kinda just laughed it off saying hey don't involve me in your crimes 😂

Then last night he messaged me asking for help again. This time to refill his daughter's inhaler? Bro wtf. You are taking advantage of me. Are you even buying what you said you needed it for?? Do you even really have partial custody of your two kids cuz I see you have multiple felonies.

I have my own baby who needs formula. $30 would have bought my own son a can of formula. Plus I don't work. And he knows that. So if he was just fucking scamming me... dude you are the lowest of the low for that. If he really needed help the first time, ok whatever I wanted to help. But then to ask me again... now you're just taking advantage of me.

Karma will get him someday cuz taking advantage of someone's kindness is very shitty. I just feel very stupid for falling for it. 😕
