In a fetish community like this, of course people have different aspects of it. Some people are purely into the sound of a heart for romance and intimacy, some like to get weird with them, making them wacky shapes and liking easy access with consent all around in fantasy (I wonder who).

As a result of course there's going to be a divide between people who prefer certain aspects.
