y'know technically we don't actually have confirmation that deltarune only has seven chapters. there's sprites that say chapter 8 and 9. and the chapter select menu could reasonably scroll. i mean i feel like realistically chapter 8 would just be a epilogue of some sort (the fun gang deserves to get to just hang out in castle town together without worrying about crap) if it does end up being a thing but who knows-

one time i saw a kriselle fic with male kris that was also an undertale crossover and they correctly gendered chara which made it feel even MORE like they were just trying to make it straight- though according to the tags frisk was also misgendered so. just baffling to me-

y'know i like kriselle but also whenever i see kriselle fanfics that also have male kris it bugs me even more than other fanfics with male kris cuz it ends up also coming off as them just making kris male so it's straight which is so stupid to me-

i keep seeing people say the person in the mystery valentine doesn't sound like gaster and i honestly have. no idea what they're on about it sounds just like gaster to me. not much more casual or anything-

#puppy rambles #deltarune #utdr #i feel like we don't know enough about gaster to say either way #but i'm leaning towards it being gaster since i feel like it'd be weird to introduce a new character with this much meta knowledge like this #i also don't think we should be using the japanese translation as evidence i don't feel like they'd give too much away through that #they may've translated it into hiragana instead of katakana in an attempt to keep it vague even #who knows really. god i'm excited for the next few chapters
