do me a favour. if a person wearing a long sleeved shirt or a sweatshirt and jeans on a hot day, don’t comment on it. don’t ask why they’re wearing it. don’t say anything at about it.
trust me, they know it’s hot, they know. but their reason for wearing what they’re wearing probably far outweighs the temperature outside.

no more sugar
so i made a promise to myself last night to drop most of my refined sugars in my diet. today i didn't have anything except greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom for sugar and my starch was one slice of bread. i know my glucose levels need to be managed because i think it's what's stopping me from losing belly fat. hopefully i can keep this up. first day is always the hardest.
