FUN FACT: since my adrien has known HIS ladybug’s (@heroicbug’s) secret identity since TROUBLE MAKER, his crush on marinette has been STEADILY GROWING, and he’s kept his knowledge secret since then out of respect for her. during OBLIVIO when he lost his memories and thought they were ALREADY a couple he left a video on marinette’s phone and THIS leads to her realizing that he was chat noir. though she DOESN’T end up returning his feelings until the episode LADYBUG where they finally become an item at the end when she DOESN’T reject his kiss.
so he’s likely to mention MARINETTE as his crush / gf if it ever comes up in conversation with anyone who doesn’t know he’s chat noir. like he will just GUSH about her.
