中国Hiya toys のスカルクローラーの出来が良かったので、近く発売される「髑髏島」のコングを予約したんだけど、待ちきれずに「Godzilla vs. Kong」版のコングを購入。これが、今までスルーしていたのがアホだったと思えるぐらいの優れもの。
可動の自由度はバンダイのモンスターアーツに譲るが、何と言っても絶品なのが、その顔の造形。そして、デカい。
「叫び顔」を比較してみると、バンダイの方は、なんか〝口あんぐり〟してるみたいな…
欲しかったのは、この面構えです！「口閉じ顔」もまるで劇中まんまで、知性が漂っている。
それと、バンダイには無かった「ふんばり顔」が付属されているのもポイント高し。
レジェンダリー怪獣に関してはバンダイを見限って、Hiya一択に決定。
