OK I WENT AND SCANNED THE ZINE I MADE AND... here are most of the pages - so every middle "spread" has one left and right page on the back of it and then a bigger pic once its unfolded, but didnt include every side for every larger spread.
this basically explores a bit of folke and adrian's relationship - adrian, the Creature, ends up finding folke's brother's recently deceased corpse and imitates his appearence, the only real way for a basilisk in their world to learn to shapeshift into something.
So their relationship is a bit complicated. but also, it ends up eventually settling into something that isnt only full of bitterness...

5. what's the first song that comes to mind when you think about them?
i don't have a specific song for you sadly but for some reason i associate him with industrial music? i can't remember if that shows up in the film soundtrack or if my brain just decided this lol
12. what's a headcanon you have for this character?
i think about is how physically taxing the stuff he does is - i know he's portrayed as vaguely supernatural, but i like to think about how much rage drives him; that he either doesn't feel the effects of all the crazy moves he does because of adrenaline, or he does know that it would wreck an average human body to do this stuff, and he pushes it to the extreme anyway as a way of punishing madison for forsaking him. so that she wakes up with incredible muscle ache and becomes paranoid about why this is happening (ontop of all the other stuff she has to stress over in the movie). i mean, they cut his arms and other parts off, so i think a spiteful part of him has an urge to cause madison to feel something similar, albeit not permanent, since he does need her body

i would have loved for malignant to get a tie-in videogame, and i think it's a shame those don't really get made anymore. mainly i like picturing the events of the movie recreated with low-detail models <3 it's also fun to imagine playing as him, maybe even with inverse controls or something
unless this question is supposed to mean putting him in an existing piece of media, in which case my answer is the videogame series clock tower. he should be allowed to chase the player around to tense music 💢
