Me realising that there no Keisuke/Odagiri fic’s or art:
LIKE DID YOU SEE HOW THEY TALK TO EACH OTHER!
Their Kyoto dialogue is so cute, and learning that they’re childhood best friends is such and adorable cliché that’s perfect for a ship to thrive . But there’s nothing!!
I might have to fold and write some fics myself, but I hope there are others that think these two are as adorable as I think they are!

And like many people have pointed out this isn’t even putting into account all the amazing mothers of the series!
Otohime: fighting for the rights of her people, to the point that even when that got her killed she spoke of peace and a future where he people could live among humans and her children wouldn’t be persecuted
Bellmare: a marine who faced war and was ready to die, till she found two girls and their lives and happiness became her life. To the point she died loving them and being proud of her girls
Sora and Rouge: we didn’t learn much of them, but we saw the strength though their love of their children and the desire to protect them even if it killed them. Sora’s kindness literally being the thing that shaped Sanji as a person
Dadan: a hardened bandit, who despite her tough exterior still raised the three boys that were thrust upon her and loved them
Ginny: someone who was a hardy revolutionary, who was literally sold and broken as a slave. And still with her dying breath she saved her daughter’s life
I just want to say how much I adore the women of One Piece, not just on a ‘holy moly these women are beautiful’ but also on ‘holy moly these women are so well written’
I love how many layers the lady’s have, even those who are not part of the main cast
Nami acting as the brains of the crew, but always being up to scrap with the boys and put them in their place, her fear of trusting and being betrayed being a core aspect of her character. WCI and Wano are pretty recent examples of this, with her anger at Sanji, and her belief in Luffy. I love how confident she is in her self, and how she is a little evil sometimes she’ll use everything at her disposal to get what she wants. How she knows that she’s needed on the crew and without her they would’ve all drowned along ago, and she’s beautiful and cute and she knows this. I hate people thinking that she’s less of a character post timeskip just because of her appearance, she’s so much more than that
Vivi’s love of her people and her country, her worrying nature and her desire for adventure despite her position. Her care for the crew despite the small amount of time she knew them. Also how she’s basically the main character of Alabasta, and how she’s the one saving her country
Robin going from someone who was always looking over her shoulder, always running and never having a real place to call home. To someone who knows she has a family who loves her and will protect her no matter what, and she can be her strange morbid self without judgement (other than from Usopp)
Viola and Rebecca, two ladies forced into a living hell under Dolfamingo. One humiliated by her own people and forced to fight for her life when at heart she just wanted peace, and the other whose soul was almost broken by Doffy but chose to fight against him even if she knew she wouldn’t win. Viola going to stab Doffy even if she knew she would fail shows her strength as she stood up against him even if it could’ve meant death because she wanted to do what she could
And there are so many others that are just as amazing:
- Big Mom: a major villain with a twisted idea of family and love. One of the most powerful pirates in the sea
- Pudding: a woman twisted by the abuse she suffered hating herself and lashing out at others in turn
- Boa: the strong powerful empress, who is deeply scarred and can’t show any weakness to her people. And just wants to be loved by someone who sees more than her beauty
-Reiju: the older sister that had to go along with her little brothers abuse, and helped when she could. But only when she couldn’t be the target, she’s flawed and distant but she loves her brother
- Bonny: a literal child who braved the seas to save her father and became one of the most wanted pirates of her generation in under two years, scrappy and tomboyish with a soft heart for her dad
These ladies are living breathing characters! And there are some many others that are just the same, they are all so well developed and different from each other in character. And none of them are just there to be, ‘the girl in the group’ or the ‘love interest’ (though Boa likes Luffy and Pudding likes Sanji neither are their main character traits and have story reasons for being in love)

Some crew team ups I would like to see:
- Sanji and Usopp: they teamed up at Enies Lobby and really worked well off each other
- Robin and Franky: Frobin supremacy for 1, and two they haven’t teamed up properly since Thriller Bark and I miss them
- Jimbei and Nami: I love how close they have become and I feel like if they teamed up they would work so well, also fun elemental combos
- Jimbei and Brook: the old timers teaming up what more do I have to say
- Brook and Zoro: one overly serious and one silly both swordsmen, why haven’t they fought together before like it would be so funny
- The whole crew working together would also just be so fun so see, everyone working off each other in such a chaotic but also seamless way would be such a sight to behold

Not me after finishing the Mistborn trilogy and bawling my eyes out
Nope definitely not my heart fully breaking when the crew found Elend and Vin in the flower field, finally seeing the world repaired to what it was but what was lost in the process
That they never got to see the beauty of the world and that Sazed made sure that they got to rest together surrounded by flowers
Not me being so proud of Sazed and squealing and crying when he became the hero, he’s definitely wasn’t my favourite character
I’m so emotionally distraught right now who am I even kidding! I’m going to need to lie down for like a week staring at my ceiling and being crushed by what I’ve been put though emotionally

I started reading again at the tail end of last year, I’ve kinda been collecting books but not actually touching them I just wasn’t able to just SIT and READ because I just couldn’t bring myself to
But coming into this year properly being able to just sit with a book and read it and spend hours doing so, is just such a good feeling
I feel like I’m present again, which is really weird to say when I’m spending my time in fantastical stories. But it’s just nice to do something I used to love so much growing up and to go back to it reinvigorated!

Just gave it a listen to as it’s been forever since I played Re:Coded, and I genuinely teared up. Riku’s theme is already very melancholy but then transitions to sounding more determined as it goes on (kinda like Riku as a character). But damn the Re:Coded one is just sad and keeps that melancholy all throughout, it fits as Re:Coded is kinda a retelling of KH1 in which Riku was at his lowest and lost himself just as data Riku does leading to that gut wrenching battle
I have so many feelings regarding Riku and now I’m going to have to play Re:Coded again just so I can get emotional
Unexpected KH post, but
I don't know what's so special about the Re:Coded version of Riku's theme, but it's the saddest variation of the song for me. Maybe it's because I automatically associate it with Data Riku fight, which is depressing as shit, but idk.

Usopp will become the leader of the Strawhat Grand Fleet, he’s been saying for years that he is ‘Captain Usopp the leader of over 100 men’
Even though Usopp is known for his lies, a majority of his lies have come true over time. I wouldn’t be surprised that when the Crew meet up with the Grand Fleet they’ll want Luffy to lead them and he would refuse, Usopp then starts to brag about his apparent greatness leading to Barto to take him at his word and beg him to lead them
There’s already several members of the Grand Fleet that revere Usopp as ‘God Usopp’ and Barto is such a fan-boy that they would all be excited to have him as their captain
Usopps first and final lie will become truth and he will become the great ‘Captain Usopp’

I wish some Kingdom Hearts fans were more patient, I swear every time we get any updates regarding KH4 so many people are like. “Where’s the game?”, “Can’t believe we’re going to have to wait ten years”
Like chill, let the KH team take their time. We’ve already seen what rushed development did to KH3, so give them time. They are working with a new engine which they’ve stated has given them some issues, and Nomura is working on KH4 and FFVIII rebirth so he’s got a lot on his plate
Game development takes time, and I’d rather wait another two years or so to get the game rather than getting it this year and for it to be bad. Of course I want the games as soon as possible but I can be patient and so can’t everyone else
Hoping for 2025 or 2026, and some news this year 🤞

You know how based of Oda it would be to make both Dragon and Crocodile trans and Luffy’s parents. And just made it ambiguous who the birth parent was, Luffy just casually having two badass government defying trans dads would just be awesome
