Surprisingly, Maverick didn’t used to text like an old man. But after enough time of barely readable texts and a handful of “ice help i crahsed a pkans :(”s, Ice threatened to leave him if he didn’t start sending legible messages. (Mav didn’t believe him at first, but after a week of locking the doors at night and only responding to Mav’s “ice cmon let me in” with a link the the nearest hotel and enough money for a one night stay he gave in)

Adam’s really good at the knife game and catches himself absentmindedly stabbing between his fingers when he’s bored. When a horrified Lawrence asks him to stop he explains that “no, it’s fine I’ve been doing this for years only gotten stabbed a few times”. (Lawrence convinces him to use a pencil or a pen instead of a knife the time he gets distracted and is forced by Lawrence into going to a hospital).

Jake wakes up at three in the morning to a knock on his door. “Come back later!” He yells out, putting a pillow over his head to block out the noise. Then he freezes. That.. wasn’t his voice. Really, it sounded more like—
Shit.
He practically runs to the door, cracking it open only to see himself staring in shock at him. So, he does the only reasonable thing to do, slamming the door shut and running to the bathroom mirror. He hears the front door reopen, “Hangman?” It says in his voice.
Desperate, he locks the door behind him and looks into the mirror, except it isn’t him looking back at him. It’s Bradshaw.
“Open the door! We need to figure this out, Hangman.” He can’t breathe. Does this mean that it’s Bradshaw out there yelling at him? What about the mission? How’re they going to explain this?
“Seresin?” Bradley says, softer than before. Except it’s not comforting like he remembers it being. Because it’s not Bradley’s softness, it’s his own. It doesn’t do anything to help him breathe or slow the racing of his heart.
“Jake, open the door. We need to talk.”
What about Coyote? Shit he needs to talk to Javy. He tries to use those breathing methods his old shrink told him, but the world’s spinning too fast now.
“Jake!”
He hits the floor, vision going black.

I know Lawrence doesn’t go back for Adam but I can’t help but believe that he tried. That once he woke up he asked Kramer where he was. I wonder if Lawrence could’ve gone back and saved him if Amanda hadn’t killed him by then.
How long did it take him to start getting a full night’s rest after the trap? Especially after Allison leaves him. Does he wake up in a cold sweat, still stuck in the nightmare in which he, too, was left rotting in the bathroom? Does he have dreams in which Adam leaves him there?
Does he convince himself that Jigsaw is right? That Adam deserved to die? Would it change his guilt if he did? It’s easy to know you could’ve saved your victim, is it just as easy to know you could’ve saved an ally?
