H50 Big Bang 2023 Final Check-in
It’s time for the final check-in. This check-in will run from September 15th through September 20th (11:59 p.m. EDT).
Please fulfill these requirements before checking in as an author/artist pair (most people let the author be in charge of checking in, but it's up to you guys):
- Art must be completed, hosted on the site of your choice (imgur, dropbox, etc.), and links provided to the author.
- Story must be complete, beta read, and edited.
Once you have fulfilled the requirements, Authors please fill out the check-in form.
Due to scheduling conflicts, posting will be pushed back by one week. Please keep your eyes on your inboxes for further updates and posting instructions.

Art Claims Postponed
Dear Authors and Artists,
I was supposed to have the preview page showing the story summaries for the art claims up today, but I'm under the weather and I haven't gotten around to it. I've decided to push everything back one day, so that Previews will be up tomorrow, July 25th and claims will be on July 26th. I apologize for the inconvenience and I hope this does not cause a disruption with the claims process. If you have any concerns, please let me know and I will help anyway I can.
P.S.Please note, because this caused some confusion last year, I'm on Eastern Standard Time, so that is how I will run the claims. So when they close, it will be 11:59 pm EST on July 26th.
