The IOF lies. It's inherently part of their zionist settler-colonial agenda -literally. They are not to be trusted -everything they say is meant to distort and distract people from what is really going on. This is just another example of this.

Sudan is going through a famine, and with Ramadan coming up (this year it'll start March 10th), it would be nice to donate so that families can have food and medicine.
With the exchange rates for many of us, even a small donation could help in a big way, you don't need to donate the full $30.

One of the things that pisses me off most about this genocide and overall occupation is how many people say it's so complicated and there's so much nuance and there isn't one easy solution. This is one of the simplest things I have ever seen. Zionists invaded palestine in 1947-48. They have occupied it for 76 years while taking more and more land. They kidnap and torture and massacre Palestinians day in day out for those 76 years. They control every aspect of Palestinian life, including their water and medical care. And now they are committing another genocide against them. Where is the complication? What is hard to understand? "Well, Jewish people need a place where they won't be discriminated against" I absolutely agree. So make every country in the world safe for Jewish people. Fight against anti Semitism across the world. Don't commit a genocide and set up an ethnostate.

Ramadan is coming up and I canât stress enough how much Palestinians have never got the chance to experience one normal Ramadan for 75years
You may not have been subjected to this, but as a person from an Arabic country, every Ramadan from every year thereâs always headlines of Israeli iof soldiers or Israeli extremist settlers attacking Palestinians during Ramadan, especially Palestinian worshipers trying to pray in the al aqsa mosque
Itâs happens almost every single year
Ramadan is suppoused to be Muslim peopleâs month of worship, of Baraka and it is very important to Muslim people
But Palestinians never ever experienced a normal Ramadan because Israel attacks them Viciously
Almost
Every
Single
Fucking
Year
And I will dare and say that Israel does it on purpose, it does it every Ramadan on purpose
And now, this year, with Ramadan being only a few weeks away, I doubt that theyâll have a normal Ramadan, not in the West Bank, and not in Gaza
All what I have to say here is that Israel will still follow this trend, something bad is gonna happen this Ramadan, keep an eye on Palestine during Ramadan

Today In History
Born in Detroit, Michigan, on February 19, 1940, William âSmokeyâ Robinson is a prolific songwriter credited with 4,000 songs and 37 Top 40 hits.
Robinson founded The Miracles while still in high school. The group was Berry Gordyâs first vocal group, and it was at Robinsonâs suggestion that Gordy started the Motown Record dynasty. Their single of Robinsonâs âShop Aroundâ became Motownâs first #1 hit on the R&B singles chart. In the years following, Robinson continued to pen hits for the group including âYouâve Really Got a Hold on Me,â âOoo Baby Baby,â âThe Tracks of My Tears,â âGoing to a Go-Go,â âMore Love,â âTears of a Clownâ (co-written with Stevie Wonder), and âI Second That Emotion.â
The Miracles dominated the R&B scene throughout the 1960âs and early 70âs and Robinson became Vice President of Motown Records serving as in-house producer, talent scout and songwriter.
In addition to writing hits for the Miracles, Robinson wrote and produced hits for other Motown greats including The Temptations, Mary Wells, Brenda Holloway, Marvin Gaye and others. âThe Way You Do the Things You Do,â âMy Girl,â âGet Ready,â âYou Beat Me to the Punch,â âDonât Mess with Bill,â âAinât That Peculiar,â and âMy Guyâ are just a few of his songwriting triumphs during those years.
After Robinson left the Miracles, fellow member Marv Tarplin joined him on tour in 1973, and presented him a tune he had composed on his guitar. Robinson later wrote the lyrics that became his first solo top ten Pop single, âCruisinââ. The song hit number one in Cash Box and peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100. It also became his first solo number one in New Zealand.

Hulu is being harshly criticized for streaming a pro-Israel ad which brazenly claims Gaza would be a vacation destination if not for Hamas.
Mimicking a glossy tourism pitch, the 30-second ad invites people to âCome visit beautiful Gazaâ in text on-screen while showcasing what appear to be AI-generated images of pristine beaches, luxury hotels and happy travelers.
A narrator tells people they can âembrace the vibrant nightlife of the city and experience a culture rich in traditionâ in the region, where the United Nations says about 100,000 people have been killed, injured or gone missing since Israelâs retaliation campaign following the Oct. 7 attacks that killed 1,200 people.
The sunny tone abruptly shifts as the narrator declares, âThis is what Gaza could have been like without Hamasâ and photos of Palestinian adults and children with weapons flicker on-screen.
It ends saying, âFree Gaza From Hamas Nowâ

hi, i hope you're doing well today! i'm looking to create a pantheon for a d&d campaign, and i pictured the goddess of weather & seasons as a black woman. i thought making her hair an afro-like cloud would be an interesting way to design her. i'm worried that this may be insensitive, though, and that i'm othering curly hair. she would not be the only black character in the pantheon, but she's the one i'm most worried about being offensive. what are your thoughts on this design choice?
Black Goddess with Clouds for Hair
I think this is a cool idea! Youâve got regular Black characters (women?) too, so even better. Not that there seems to be any poor implications with having the Black goddess; magical Black girls for the win! She may not need a âcounterâ exactly, but itâs always good to have multiple modes of representation, particularly as sheâs not human.Â
This immediately made me think of artwork by the artist GDBee (whose art adorns the walls of my creative workspace)
