And ivy lets the mood lighten up again but just the fact that it was before the Himalayas too that carmen still had lingering feelings about the train and more /the action of having to let him go when she doesnt want to/ that the current * he's a good person with a good life without me* stasis can't actually fix

Again why does anyone think that them separated is a good thing?

Sbdnkdxk but also the whole that ivy could play the part (pretty good i must say) but gray is the part of 😎 big bad....and she still likes him lol. She still wishes it didn't go down like that. And he still has a little place in her heart that peeks out occasionally

so i am always too hung up on the "all this traveling isn't good for her sleep schedule" for the way the show works XD but

->on the days that she doesn't just stretch and shake off any leftover sleepy from the previous mission she does nap on her side of the plane seats, on grays shoulder or on his lap [which he gets her to do because he promises to do the funfacts and rundown with player and she's just smiling at the addition to another bit of lively bickering added to her plane ride, but does get some sleep

->i think that gray plays at being a deep casual sleeper but is pretty light so like after like so many nights being on edge and ready to be go out like her on missions, when he's sleep deprived he just hugs her middle and asks for the day off and she gives in when she realizes he's not just joking in the lazy way he usually would and is already asleep. [especially later when she's more comfortable handing off missions to her team] and what can she do she's all wrapped up in something else [sleeping the afternoon away with gray]

-> made a small fic already but sick carmen is a menace [seriously she doesn't want to let mountain sickness, getting to bare minimum from her injuries from stockholm to surveil, or shaking off a traumatizing few months to not let it get in the way of saying that she's ready for the next mission...sick? better be something serious] but she likes letting gray take care of her...as long as he promises to stick close to her, and he's pretty good company if a bit of a worrywart, and she enjoys using him as a pillow

->she's a bit of a worrywart too but she masks it more by being calm and smooth to try and make things light, only betraying worry if his fever breaks or something more serious. she asks one of team red to take care of him if its not too serious and asks after him a lot if there's a mission that takes priority [maybe even asks player to hook her up on the mic so she can directly check] and if there's no mission she's doing the whole shebang he does for her and laughs and jokes with him when he's awake and sleeps near him when he's not.

-> them doing "hey you"'s when they're feeling better and see that the other is still there.
