Norm x Mingus.............
It seems I am the only one that likes the ship with the enemies to lovers trope, i'm sad because i didn't get to fit in the dialtown community because of the odd liking I have-
I absolutely loved the game and I enjoyed the art I used to make, even if it was subtle, at the end I decided to keep it to myself.
I just hope I can give this pair another chance, if there isn't somebody out calling me weirdo or proshipper because of it- because it DID happen, it was a continuous harassment that made me overthink too much and that's why I stopped drawing them for a while.

I'm new to your account (very new) so I don't know if you've answered this question before, but is there a ship that you loved so much from Dialtown that you've now turned it into canon?
None that I can really think of. Since the game was in production for many years, I had a lot of time to consider various pairings. The only fan pairing that really surprised me was Abel and Bunny, as I had a cut scene of them interacting in the base-game roughly drafted, and their dynamic was NOT pleasant.
But beyond that, the popular pairings I've seen have been logical enough, even if I hadn't considered them much. There's actually a few REALLY cursed ships that I've discussed behind the scenes basically from me analyzing the material I have for the characters (including potential future stuff) and realizing a few seemingly incompatible characters share traits that could be compatible with each other, potentially. One in particular is genuinely cursed and goes against what's directly implied in-game (as it's so unlikely!) I'll let you guys speculate on what these sorts of pairings might be!
Edit: People speculating Norm + Mingus are thinking too small. That pairing, I discussed during production and was honestly surprised more people didn't jump on since people seem to love the enemies to lovers trope so much. There's a way more cursed pairing that nobody in a million years would be able to justify without REALLY thinking about how the characters tick. it's not ethically bad, but it's probably the last ship you would expect if you just take surface level impressions into account

Hiii dogman! Here's my question for you: Is the DLC going to be free or will it cost a little extra? (Cuz I'm more poor than Gingi atm)
I'm thinking it'll cost $2 or $2.50. The route's quite large (and ofc, I had to pay the collaborators I've worked with on the music, new art + voice acting,) which I'm hoping I'll break even on, at least.
I appreciate your situation and believe me, if I had Scott Cawthon or Toby Fox levels of success, I'd love to make free stuff for people to play, but I'm a long way from that kinda success rn. I might do a giveaway event on release and give some copies out when the day comes! :)
