Every mainstream media outlet imaginable wants you to know that Israel has just re-opened the Erez border, thereby allowing aid through it for the first time since October 7. The White House released a statement saying that itâs delighted to hear this news. Itâs a great improvement from previous arrangements, reports state.
What they fail to mention is that now 30% of all Palestinian children under 2 in Gaza are malnourished, that the death toll has surpassed 33k, and that the USâthe same superpower thatâs telling Israel to protect the civiliansâhas signed off billions in weapons to Israel not even a month ago.
The media is complicit in the dehumanization of Palestinians with the language they continue to use. If they canât even call children, children, then what do they truly think of them?
Reposted from priscillaluna__ on IG: "via @seastersjones If you can't loudly call out and name the police state fascism unfolding under Dems, you don't get to warn anyone about the fascism that will be further unleashed under the serial rapist insurrectionist. Fight fascism now! People over party."
[Image ID: tweet from devilette17 @devilette reads: "If trump wins the presidency, the USA will devolve into fascism." Babe you just had to go through a military checkpoint to load the NYC subway. Your president is a genocidal sociopath. They're throwing women in jail for having miscarriages. Be serious. You are already there.]
OP isn't exaggerating. There are countless of videos of the IDF shooting at crowds of Palestinians trying to find food for themselves and their starving families. The UN World Food Programme even suspended delivering aid because the IDF won't stop shooting people.
There are many programs distributing free Naloxone/Narcan to users and non-users.
The link below has an interactive map of locations across the United States specifically where you may be able to source free Narcan if you, someone you know, or just general members of your community are using

there are going to be global demonstrations for Palestine on march 2nd, this site has more info
here's what's written on the front page:
"On March 2, millions across the world will march for Gaza! The Israeli government is planning to have a full-scale invasion of Rafah one week later, on March 9, one day before the start of Ramadan. Today, the United States vetoed a UN resolution that insisted that Israel immediately cease its mass killing spree in Gaza.
Now is the time to act! People around the world are going into the streets in cities and towns, including in the United States, as part of the global day of protest on Saturday, March 2.
Gaza is facing famine, its hospitals are besieged, threats of ground invasion in Rafah loom near, and Israel continues its onslaught on the over 2 million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
The mass movement for Palestine has led to the isolation of the US and Israel on the world stage. With growing internal divisions and heightened political pressure on Israel and the United States, itâs time to push even harder. Our mobilizations at this moment can be more decisive than ever, and we must show our full strength now to ensure a lasting ceasefire and an end to the siege on Gaza.
Act now, and mobilize in your communities and institutions, everyone must be on the streets on March 2nd! All out for Rafah! All out for Gaza! Stop the genocide!"
Been spending all morning thinking about Aaron Bushnell, specifically after seeing a timeline of his life that said "1999-2024".
That timeline is shorter than mine, which is "1998-2024". Mine started earlier, but gets to keep going while his does not. How unfair for him. How terrifying.
After that, I thought about the timelines of the tens of thousands of murdered Palestinian children, whose timelines were made much shorter. They would look something like "2014-2023", "2019-2024", "2023-2024", cutoff shorter than mine, or Aaron's, or yours. I'm sure that's something Aaron was thinking about too.
But ours gets to keep going. How unfair to them. How terrifying.
That's why the living cannot stop talking about them. Because each of those timelines represents a life that created love for others and was loved in turn, and it illustrates the many years that were robbed from them.
Much as we must hold their anger in our hearts, we must remember in carrying out the change they didn't get to see that we do so because we protect what we love, not because we choose to destroy what we hate.
If we get a republican president this year the people to blame are going to be Biden and those who head the Democratic party. Even if Biden forced a ceasefire today heâs still be completely unelectable for his complicity in genocide (and tons of other things for the record). The DNC choosing to run him anyway is them choosing to have a Republican in office.
The blame will not lie with people who could not in good conscience vote for that evil schmuck
Yes they did something illegal and they were given the option to leave without arrest. This protest took place on privately owned property. Protestors were informed that their permission to remain on said property had been revoked, and that if they remained they would be arrested for trespassing. They stayed out because they felt that speaking up for Palestine was worth arrest. This decision was almost certainly discussed in advance and people who showed up were people who could afford an arrest.
Which is not to say that the city (and most other governments) wonât create reasons where there are none. The 2020 curfews in NYC were put in place solely to give police an arrestable crime to use against the otherwise lawful, nonviolent BLM protestors. The charge in my arrest back then was literally just breaking curfew
Hundreds of Jews and allies... took over NBCâs famed 30 Rockefeller Center headquarters in NYC to disrupt [Joe Biden's] appearance on [Late Night with Seth Meyers] and make it clear that supporters of genocide are not welcome in our city. 50 protesters were arrested.
President Bidenâs deadly foreign policy has expedited weapons sales to Israel, ignored the World Courtâs determination that Israel is committing genocide, suspended funding to UNRWA, and vetoed three UN ceasefire resolutions.
The growing public consensus on the need to prevent further loss of life in Gaza as the death toll eclipses 30,000 cannot be denied. Yet President Biden has still pledged an additional $14.1 billion in military funding to Israel.
The President needs to start answering to the American people â not the far-Right Israeli government indiscriminately bombing the people of Gaza, destroying 70% of infrastructure, including hospitals, universities and the electricity and water grids.
Oh and by the way. Besides for the fact that they themselves carry these fascist beliefs, theyâre also contributing to the attitude that they (and in theory other antizionist Jews) are the ârealâ Jews or âtrueâ Jews. Which is specifically an attitude Iâve been seeing cryptofash use to influence people. And the exact same thing the Zionists are turning against us AZ jews.
Literally yesterday I saw someone refer to an antizionist Jew as âone of the few honest Jews.â Tell me how thatâs different than the antisemitic trope of the conniving Jew? Itâs such an easy segue for fascists to take people from pro Palestinian activism to fascist ideologies
Ive been thinking about what the real difference between pro-Palestinian allyship with Neturei Karta vs more traditional fash.
The Neturei Karta are an extremist religious group who are racist, homophobic, transphobic, and will partner with antisemites when it suits their needs. Traditional fascist groups are extremist groups who are also racist, homophobic, transphobic, and antisemitic.
The majority of pro Palestinian activists will reject allyship with fash if they pick up on the fact that theyâre fash, but rarely reject allyship with NK.
My only guess is that itâs because NK arenât recruiting. They donât use their notoriety to platform their other beliefs. In fact, in my experience they generally avoid interacting too much with the other protesters. As opposed to other fash who often intentionally try to use any connection they make to try to spread their poison, usually using antisemitism as the gateway. Antizionism is not antisemitism, but for the motivated fascist itâs not hard to help people bridge that gap.
But if you choose to Ally with NK do remember they hold many of the same values as your everyday fash
