I'm so sorry y'all I've had the worst sickness these past few days and the only content I have is just pure shit posting.
In the meantime, have some gifs I made of the lords bowing/nodding their head when you meet them! It gives an little indication of their personality.
Edelgard is delicate/regal in my opinion.
Kind of fast but I got lazy but Dimi seems casual/regal
Claude is dramatic/fancy honestly.
I spent too long making these when I should be doing something productive.

I don't have the DLC and I haven't played in a long while so everything's Stale™ but what I DO have is vaguely remembered personality traits and a minecraft house.

Just Leonie headcanons
She's dealt with not being treated as a girl her whole life, and it's annoying
She really looks up to Jeralt, as if he was her own father.
She's competitive with Byleth as she's never seen them before, and suddenly she has competition
All her friends growing up were boys, so she's used to everything being a competition
She dislikes nobles due to them never helping, especially when her village was under attack
If you take too long to speak to her she gets impatient. All that precious time wasted.
She can last longer than almost everyone against Raphael in an arm wrestle

In honour of Lysithea and Claude winning CYL(more Golden Deer in there you know what that means) here's some Lysithea and Claude bonding headcanons!
They both spend lots of time in the library, although Claude usually takes the books compared to just reading them there, so they've spoken a bit in there
Claude doesn't treat lysithea like a child 24/7, in fact, he does come to her for a lot of information
Claude knows how to sneak some treats from the kitchen, so they have a deal, treats for information
Lysithea guesses where Claude came from, she guessed Almyra first, but he declined. She still has some suspicions
After the time skip, Lysithea comes clean about her childhood, and Claude is so surprised and disgusted, he's finally at a loss for words
He assures her everything will be fixed before then, so she'll be able to see his homeland
They have a sibling bond, of course Claude will constantly annoy her, and in turn she pranks him back
Both make fun of Lorenz, though

Street performers!!! Word got out of these two strange street performers, and when everyone found out who they were the teasing was endless, yet everyone was happy the two found something they like
Felix was never one for big fancy tricks but he does like to show off, sometimes, when he's not being broody
Both are very flexible and have the stamina of gods, so all the tricks they do are easy
The two end up performing for everyone at some point
Rumors spread that the two mercenaries turned street performers are actually dating, but the two vehemently deny it. They're dating.

I really love how Claude genuinely believed Byleth would show up at the monastery so uh, headcanons!
All of the Golden Deer had some hope, of varying levels
Lysithea was the most pessimistic about it
Lorenz preferred not to think about it, he had a duty to attend to, and unlike Claude he wouldn't spend his time holding onto the slight chance their professor would come back
Hilda was on the line, she more placed her faith in Claude and merely hoped her professor would be there
Raphael mostly accepted it as another loss in his life. Sure, the professor was strange, but once someone was gone they were Gone.
Leonie mourned the loss of her professor and someone who was related to Jeralt, she had started to look up to Byleth. Maybe there was a sliver of hope, but she couldn't worry about that
Marianne didn't think the professor was alive at all. Everytime Claude spoke of them, she felt sad for him.
Ignatz was with Marianne, holding no belief his professor would be back. Besides, like Leonie, he had more pressing matters to deal with.
