With the end of dr season 2 I’m noticing there are two very distinct types of kai fans
One type is the kind that love him dearly and want nothing ever bad to happen to him cuz he’s a little guy.
And the other loves him dearly but would let him burn in the deepest pits of hell for their own amusement cuz he’s just a little guy

2.5, Morro's continuation.
All that training, all that hope, was for nothing in the end.
Morro felt cheated. He was the one to put in the effort. He was the one who had triedtrained with the scrolls. He would be able to handle the world's problems. Lloyd couldn't do that, he was too young and small.
He couldn't even bring himself to see Lloyd off. Not when he knew it should've been him. So instead he ran. He was sure it would all be a mistake, that Lloyd would have to come back when he realized that he wasn't the Avatar. So Morro went to hide. They would come looking for him when they needed him to save the world.
Garmadon, Wu and Misako were all sad that Lloyd had to go, and go so early in his life. But they knew it had to be done. They knew Morro was upset, they just assumed it was about Lloyd having to leave. (Though one of them saw a familiar bitterness in his eye when he was given the news)
After an hour of not seeing him anywhere, they found his room empty. A search team is quickly formed and spreads out to find him. They search high and low, and then higher again incase he took a bison with him, but eventually Garmadon spots him sulking in the branches of a tree. In trying to coax him down, Garmadon hears all the "It's not fair"s and "He didn't even try"s and "I wanted it more"s that come with all tantrums. But he understood. He had used them all himself before.
Seeing he was loosing the battle, Garmadon climbed the tree to Morro's branch. He could see the anger and resentment in the boy, but he could also feel the bitterness and fear laying underneath.
"Do you remember who my father was, Morro?"
"Of course I do, he was the Avatar... why?"
"People expect a lot from children of the Avatar, especially the eldest. If you were a child of the master of all four elements, then surely you would be a master of one."
Morro looked confused
Garm sighed "When I started bending, I was already a late bloomer. They joked that I was saving my strength, that I would grow to be a prodigy. But... I wasn't. I turned out to be an average airbender who had to study and practice for years to master my element"
He looks again to Morro, who's nodding along, having heard how much work and effort was needed to be a master from him for years.
"When Wu was born, he was bending practically from day one. He was a real prodigy. He trained with me when we were children, and ahead of me as young adults. He got his tattoos first and travelled the world while I was still training. He was an Avatar's child. I could've had any normal parent for all I had to show... I felt destiny wasn't being fair."
Morro looked away, shame filling his features.
"It took many years," Garmadon continued "but I was eventually able to see that I didn't need to be the best fighter or bender to be great. I could be the best father and husband to my family, or the best teacher."
He nudged Morro with his shoulder, who was staring intensely at the leaves of the tree.
"What I'm telling you," Garmadon explained in true teacher fashion, "is that we aren't always great at the first thing we set our minds to, but we do find greatness in other places"
Morro looked to him and Garmadon smiled. "Morro, you are such a talented airbender and such a determined boy with years ahead of you still. You will find your greatness soon. I know it."
He gave Morro a quick side hug that was returned with one so strong it threatened to push him out of the tree. Morro then bounded off the branch, stopping his fall with a burst of air. He looked up to Garmadon who was still sitting up above.
"I've made up my mind. I taught Lloyd loads of the things he knows, which basically makes me better than him, and if I could teach the Avatar, I'm going to be the greatest airbender of all time!"
Garmadon sat bewildered on the branch. "I just said abou- you know what? Nevermind." He jumped down from the tree and landed beside Morro. He placed a gentle hand on his shoulder to guide him out of the forest.
"Let's get you back home."
